Clean and spacious. Lower bathroom toilet issues. Quick trip to Ace Hardware and fixed. The home was spacious with plenty seating for all. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to beach and enjoyed by all.

I had such a great time when I stayed here. The house was very clean and true to pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

The house was nice, great view, but the refrigerator did not work at all. We were not able to cook any meals there or store left overs because of it. The hot tub needs work done to it. The game room was fun, enjoyed that.

We had a great time. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Know that there are a few flights of stairs. We loved that there were a ton of games and puzzles and the gate for the doggie. Game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults. It could use a few more kid friendly dishes. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great weekend celebrating my sons 10th birthday. Close walk to the beach and lots of room. The game room was a lot of fun.

It’s a great location and the cleaning staff does a great job but the place has been beat up and nothing has been done to repair. A 2 cup coffee pot and pans very need to be replaced. Pictures make the rooms look bigger especially the bedrooms.

The house was great, the rooms were a good size and there was a great view of the ocean and the cape from the deck. The game room in the garage was great and absolutely packed with things to do. My only thing was how late check in was and how early check out was. Paying for two days but only being allowed in at 5 pm and have to rush out by 10 the next morning wasn’t ideal. Otherwise it was great.

The whole stay was amazing, only thing I wish is to get the hot tub water temp up, it was at 87 and that wasnt warm enough for us. The house was at a great location, they had cooking basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, oil, soap, we have stayed at many places and 2 out of about 20 have had things for us like salt, pepper, paper towels, tp, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent etc and this one of the homes. It honestly was a perfect location with everything close by. I would love to stay in this home again. The game room was perfect for my boys and I, i reminded them who the boss is! Give this home a shot, you will be happy!

The place is okay but much more worn than the pictures appear. The kitchen cookware, utensils and dishes are old and cracked, some broken cups, knives need replaced, minimal cookware and serving bowls.This is a three story home with somewhat steep and narrow stairwells. There was bedding in the dryer that mwas still damp and smelled of mildew. Cleanliness of the home inGeneral left much to be desired. 2 months after we paid our balance due as shown on our invoice kj we recieved an unauthorized charge to our bank account for a pet deposit charge they forgot to add to our original invoice.i requested reversal of the charge and explained the "surprise" charge really messed up our bank account, causing payments to get kicked back, late fees, and bankp charges, they refused to work with us on it. We didn't review the home prior as we didn't want to be negative. However, now that they have taken advantage of our bank card without notice it's appropriate to submit the review. Oh, no damage was caused to the property by us or our pets...they just"forgot" to charge us on their original invoice. Beware if I were you. L
