The condo was large, clean, and well equipped with a massive wrap around balcony in a safe, walkable neighbourhood. Check in was easy and unit came with access to a modern pool and jacuzzi. Would highly recommend for families or small groups. Camilla was a superlative host!

Beautiful view

Our stay at Maria Camila’s place was great. We were there mostly to sleep, but the place is close to many supermarkets, bakery’s and small restaurants to grab a quick bite. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which is nice to get some good rest. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and great view !

Great, safe location. Very easy and close access to the old city and the beach. Nice pool. Restaurants and amenities accessible by foot. Great place to stay with the family while visiting Cartagena. Maria was very nice and prompt to answer questions and remained available throughout our stay. Condo staff of the property were also very friendly. The condo had all the necessary amenities and everything worked just fine. The condo could use a bit of a refresh here and there for things like appliances and comfort features, but this is really not a show stopper. We were a family of 7 with five teens and young adults and we would definitely return !

Condo was filthy

We arrived to find a waste basket with someone’s dirty used toilet paper in it. With human waste clearly visible when you open the lid. No A/C in the living room. Also a busted door knob in one of the bedrooms (which they are trying to charge me for) Hell No! And mold growing on the blinds in the living room. By far this is one of the cheapest properties i have ever rented on.Vrbo. And 1 roll of toilet paper for my family for 4 nights. Do not book here total rip off and diety

Terrell was a really difficult guest, he was asking for a lot of extra services that I did without any extra cost just for him to be happy. Unfortunately his group broke a door at the apartment and since then he was communicating with insultes and he threatened me with a bad review, and this is the result of it. Please for future guests do not take this review as a reference.

Appartamento bello ma incominciamo a vedere segni di invecchiamento Al chek in abbiamo trovato altre persone che soggiornavano quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare che andassino via la ragazza si e scusata dicendo che si era sbagliata giorno Pulita la stanza in due minuti ci e stata data co solo un asciugamano a testa per otto giorni e nessuno cambio di lenzuola e una stanza chiusa senza motivo che dire calilla deve fare piu attenzione hai dettagli e quando un cliente ti chiede altri sciugamani da portarli subito no all ultimo giorno peccato

Very Excllent Place to Stay

This was my very first experience in Columbia and I have to say that the host was very magnificent. The place look better than the pictures. I was so impressed. It was very breathtaking. I was able to contact the house with any questions or concerned. The host went above and beyond for me and my guests. She answered all my questions and concerns. She's very accurate and upfront. She was always available. I'm so happy that I picked this place. I did not want to leave. It Felt Like Home to me. The checking process was very easy. I was able to walk right into the building. Everything was self-explanatory. I will stay here again. I want to tell her thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay at her residence. It was very quiet at our place. Security was very great to me. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Thank you once again.

Excellent hybrid resort and functional place

We were a group of friends, I was working remotely and they were vacationing. The apartment was great, spacious nicely furnished. But what really set it apart from other vacation rentals I’ve had in Cartagena was the building staff and condo owner. To say they were friendly responsive and attentive would be the least of it. I appreciated the warmth of the welcome and the support and just had an all around excellent experience. I would love for my travels to bring me back here soon

Beautiful apartment with very accommodating host

The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious with an unbeatable balcony and terrific proximity to the beach. The building is quite new with a great pool and it's all just a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Cartagena. Maria Camila was very attentive to us and graciously accommodated some of our special requests. She made sure our family time together was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We definitely hope to be able to stay here again the next time we're in Cartagena.
