Located just 5 minutes from the International Airport, 300 yards from the renowned Las Americas Hotel and 10 minutes from the Colonial Walled City. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or take a 10 minute cab ride to the Walled City.

Home of the Nobel Laureate Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Cartagena was founded in 1533 and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The place looks just like it appears in the pictures - it is spacious, clean, and has great views. The amazing breakfasts and lunches made our stay feel so luxurious. The pool was wonderful - and a nice break from the vendors on the beach. We were here for just two nights on our way to Parque Tayrona, but it was a lovely stop for our family of 6.

Great condo!

This condo was wonderful - a short cab ride to the old city, right on the beach with a beautiful pool and more spacious than expected. But Iraida made our stay! She cooked amazing meals and was a lovely person to talk to. Our family would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cartagena.

Great Location

We had a great experience at this property. It was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandson. It was very clean and Christian was very responsive to any questions we had. The property has a great pool that our grandson loved and direct access to the beach. It is close to the airport and the old city. The Housekeeper made some terrific meals for us which was convenient.

Excellent apartment

Beautiful, modern apartment overlooking the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Can’t say enough about Iris like others have said. She’s warm, helpful and an awesome cook. Just know that she’s in the apartment all day but totally stays out of your way. We loved having her with us as she really added to the vacation. The balcony is great, the beds comfy and very clean. Host was very responsive. Can’t go wrong, we absolutely loved staying here and want to stay again which says a lot.

We were there for a week and honestly the pictures are not even close to what the place actually offers. Iris was and AMAZING housekeeper/cook/friend during our stay. She even got us a contact to trust and but emeralds downtown. Also, the place was incredible, the sunsets, the pool, the apartment Even the security people at the condo were really nice. Amazing!

We had such a great time at Christian’s condo. It was immaculate, the view was amazing, and the pool was such an added bonus. Christian answered all questions very promptly and is a wonderful host. Last but certainly not least, the housekeeper Iraida is THE BEST! She made us some of the best meals and fresh squeezed juices we had all trip and kept the place spotless. She made our trip even more amazing than we ever imagined. Highly recommend this rental and we would absolutely visit again if traveling to Cartagena!

Clean, Comfortable beach location

Christian's property was great. It was very clean, had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. My kids loved the pool. The location is great. It is walking distance of a few restaurants but it is maybe a 10 minute taxi ride to the walled city. It was nice to have a quiet place to retreat after being downtown. The housekeeper did a great job keeping the house clean. We had a language barrier, so it was harder to communicate with her. She cooked a few meals for us and it was very helpful. Christian was a great host and was very attentive to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

My Happy Place

I have found my happy place, a piece of paradise, my better home away from home. Breathtaking views, comfortable, spotless condo, even more amazing in person. What can I say about Iraida, she is a gem, worth every pound I gained even after hitting the gym twice in a week. If the condo is available for your dates. Just go ahead and book! We had a wonderful trip to Cartagena and the place was perfect. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Everything is very clean and the pool at the condo is great. Iraida is the housekeeper and she is the very best part of renting the condo. She is incredibly sweet and her cooking is truly amazing! The meals we had had at the condo were some of the best of the trip. She even made hand cut fries for our picky kids. She is lovely and takes care of so much that you really feel like you can relax and just be on vacation. The location is nice right on the water and beach. We took quick inexpensive Ubers into the old town, no problem. We would love to come back and we would love to stay here again! Christian the host was great with all his communication. Highly recommend this condo.

Great if you're looking to be away from the hustle

This property was exactly as described. It's a great spot if you want beach, sun and quiet. Our group included two kids, two adults and grandma with mobility issues. In terms of the apartment itself, it was great for everyone except grandma. Although the building has an elevator and ramps to walk around, there was no way grandma coud get in or out of the pool and the furniture was fairly basic and very low to the ground, so difficult for her to be comfortable. Regardless though, it was a great home base and very modern and a much better option than an older construct in the walled city. There are a limited number of restaurants within walking distance which also proved to be a challenge for our particular group. But for abled-bodied folks who can tolerate the heat better than us, there are lots of options within 15 minutes walk. Otherwise, it's a taxi into town. All-in-all we had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

The Best in Los Morros!!!

We have been traveling to Cartagena for a few years now, and this has been BY FAR the best stay we've had. We love Morros 922, and having now found Christian's property has solidified our loyalty to this property. We will never stay at any other apartment but this one from now on! First of all, the apartment itself is so well appointed. The décor is serene and welcoming. The view is absolutely spectacular, and where better to enjoy it then from the comfort of the hamaca on the balcony! Iraida, the housekeeper, is a DREAM. She is so welcoming, very sweet and best of all a phenomenal cook. My husband is Colombia and she was able to accommodate all his cravings for typical foods. She truly made our vacation such a great experience. I highly recommend this property, and would look no further for the perfect beach vacation in Cartagena. Furthermore, Christian is a very responsive and timely host. We are overjoyed with our experience. Estimado Christian: Lo felicito por el hermoso hogar que tiene. Iraida es un sueño. great condo with great view and great housekeeper!

Wonderful time in Cartagena. The condo located in a wonderful location on a surprisingly nicer beach than anticipated. Lots of water sports available right in front of the condo. The condo itself spotless and very roomy. 3 bedrooms made it delightful for our party of 5. The wraparound balcony with wonderful views. Wraparound window also. One of the best things was Iris, the housekeeper. So sweet and helpful. And made the most delicious breakfast and lunch. Also did all our laundry. What a wonderful plus to have for our week visit. We had one small issue with the internet mid-week, but with a quick email to Christian, it was resolved within minutes. Everything else ran as smoothly as possible. Only thing that was not quite as we expected, was it is about a 10 minute uber ride into town and where to meet most meetups for tours. Definitely not walkable. But that was not a problem in the long run and really worth it for the housekeeper and the nice beach. Also quiet at night which a real plus. The uber rides were usually cost around $7 so no deal breaker at all. More of a time issue. I would highly recommend this place and if returning to Cartagena (highly recommended), I would happily stay here again.

A Beautiful Property and Experience in Colombia

Everything about this property and the amenities were amazing. The housekeeper and cook Iraida was an amazing host and her cooking and kind personality made us feel like we were with my family. Be aware that the cooking and cleaning services are included in your price. But IN ADDITION to the services that are included, you will need to pay for the food that Iraida prepares. She does provide receipts so you can see what you're paying for. It was well worth it to me. Iraida also did an amazing job keeping the space spotless, and smelling fresh and clean. She was definitely a highlight of the trip. I found myself missing her cooking once we were gone :-). The location couldn't be better as it is a 10 minute drive from the airport and 10 - 15 min from the Walled City, restaurants, bars, and the pick up locations for the amazing excursions we did. Christian did a great job communicating with me as well. The property itself felt and was extremely safe, and being so close to the beach made for a great time. The grounds were amazingly kept, the pool was cleaned at a minimum daily, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The only complaint I had was that the wifi didn't work the entire time we were there (7-Days), so that caused a bit of disruption with communication and made my phone bill higher once I was home. But everything else was amazing. I would highly recommend this space and when I return to Cartagena, I will be staying there again.

Wonderful beach vacation in Cartagena

This listing is just as advertised but so much more. The apartment is spacious and clean with a wonderful balcony, hammock and shared pool area. We even for a couple of workouts in at the gym. The gym is dated but it did the job. We had a few questions and our host got right back to us and our housekeeper was so sweet and hardworking. We asked for her to cook breakfast and she prepared a great meal for us each morning and we would reimburse her for groceries. We also had her stock some water and beer for us before we arrived as well. There are several small markets you can walk to for provisions and ATM's at a couple of the local hotels (we used the one at the Radisson and one at the Sonesta when we needed estra Pesos). We rented a tent for 100-120K ($25-30US) for beach days and had access to vendors for jet skis and wind surfing which was a hit for our 4 boys (17-22). There are lots of vendors that hit you up but a quick "no gracias" and they moved on. Other tourists told us that the beach vendors were relentless but we felt very comfortable in the north zone. We felt very safe and had a couple of dinners at local restaurants but most evenings we cabbed into the city which was a terrific experience. Cabs/Ubers were about $10 each way and our meals were outstanding and inexpensive compared to Chicago. For a table of 6 with cocktails, wine and appetizers and entrees, we never exceeded $320. The boys loved shopping and haggling as every price is negotiable.

Amazing!

This was our first time in Colombia therefore I wanted to make sure our stay did not disappoint. I read all the reviews prior to booking this property and I am so happy we eneded up staying here. Let me start by saying Iraida or Iris as she likes to be called is truly amazing. She has the apartment in excellent condition and she cooks! She gives you the option of telling her what you want her to cook, but we just told her to surprise us. She will buy the groceries if you would like and then you pay her for the groceries. She can make breakfast and lunch. We had both several days. Her food is to die for! She is so sweet and nice. She helps you in every way she can, whether it's helping you find someone to book a tour, massage, taxi, covid test, etc... The apartment it self is very clean, has a very nice view to the beach and pool. The pool is nice and you are at walking distance to the beach. Christian the owner was also very nice. He made sure everything was well situated prior to our arrival. He was genuinely concerned that our stay was the best! Overall I promise this apartment will not disappoint. If we ever go back to Cartagena we will definitely come back to Iris and her cooking. Muchas gracias por todo la atención que nos brindo Señora Iris a mi y a mi familia. Great Cartagena experience. IRIS the housekeep made the trip!!!!

My family and I (including my 1 y/o toddler) stayed at Christian’s condo for the past 7 nights and it absolutely lived up to all of the previous reviews before me. A trend in all of the reviews were a highlight to the housekeeper IRIS. This was right up with the reasons that I booked this condo. Her services were invaluable and she made delicious breakfast and lunch for my family. Her cooking filled us up all day that we were there and there was no need to even go out or cook dinner. The ease of not wondering what we would eat for the day was such a blessing. Wondering what delicious meal that would be next was a highlight of our day. She was so kind and helpful and made the trip that much more special. I can’t write this review without giving praise to Christian and his property. He responded to any questions that I had with lightening speed. The views were breathtaking from the balcony and the 3 bedrooms easily slept my family (4 adults and one toddler). The condo had amazing security and staff where we always felt extremely safe. The pool was also top notch. It had multiple depths from a large pool deck (approx 6in depth) to a 3 foot depth section and an approximately 4 ft deep section. Everything was alway clean and maintained daily. The location, as stated by the property description, was about 5-10 min from the city by taxi and cost 20k Colombian pesos or about $5USD or so. We stayed most of the time at the condo and enjoyed the beach and pool. A+++++. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

I started coming to Cartagena on vacation since I was 4 years old. A lot has changed since then. A thriving historic center has emerged and declared historic patrimony by UNESCO. Music, literature and film festivals abound and new beaches have been opened to the public. Couldn't wait to own my own place in this city where I first fell in love and where my wife was born.

What makes this property unique

This is a contemporary building, right by the beach with all the amenities one might need for a relaxing vacation. When I first saw it I couldn't believe the beauty of the ocean views that can be enjoyed from wherever you are in the apartment.
