Quiet neighborhood with home close to Burke Gilman Trail. 1 bedroom. 1 bath unit in basement of home. Supermarket (Safeway) within walking distance (2 miles) as well as a local brewery, Kenmore Lanes Bowling Alley, and Ingelwood Golf Club. A one mile walk to Log Boom Park, Lake Washington, Kenmore Air- Airport, and other recreation. Everyone is welcome!
