This condo let you be close to the slopes and the action in Breckenridge! You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. It’s a fantastic location and value!

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo can accommodate up to 5 people. Curl up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa or enjoy a beer on one of the two large balconies. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for 5 at the dining room table and plenty of room in the spacious living area. Best of all, you can ski and board back to this unit on Peak 8’s Four O’clock Run!

Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed to make our own meals. When I noticed the coffee pot was cracked, the staff replaced the entire coffee maker with a new one. The staff was amazing! So nice and helpful. The only negative is that the carpeting could be replaced. It’s pretty worn out. But we loved the layout and the laundry. The fireplace was so nice after a day of skiing.

Perfect Location on 4'o clock road right in-between the snowflake lift and downtown. Other than some minor things like the tub / shower draining very slowly (management responded quickly), it was a perfect stay. Would return anytime.
