How is this sound for your next Breckenridge adventure: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. You and your group will love this condo!

Trails End Easy Rest Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that is perfect for groups of up to four. You’ll love the open, spacious layout and balcony overlooking the town of Breck and the mountains. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. There is a full kitchen to make après ski snacks or a gourmet meal, and you can easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair in minutes!

You will also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Perfect location

Superb location for access to the slopes and to the town. Everything we needed was within walking distance! The unit was perfect for us (2 adults). Perhaps a larger humidifier would improve the nights, but that's really the only thing. Loved the place. Hope we can come back!

Great rental

This property exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. The location was fantastic—just a quick 3-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and within walking distance to nearly everything in Breckenridge. Communication with the property management team was outstanding; they were prompt and responsive to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo. Perfect location!

Lovely space. Plenty of room and extremely cozy. Only a walk to peak 9. The communication was great. Keys had to be picked up at a different location which was a little unusual for us. Other than that, this place gets 5-stars! Stay here. 10/10 would stay again.

Comfortable unit

Beds are very comfortable. Needs tv in bedroom and one of the closet doors was broken. Otherwise this was a solid unit in a very aged building. Can’t beat the access to peak 9 especially if skiing with small kids, so we keep coming back to Trails End and likely will for the foreseeable future. Check-in and out process was easily the most effortless in all our stays

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is screaming for an update. The kitchen is not well equipped for making meals. The bed linens are extremely worn out with shredding and holes in the comforter etc. The bed itself squeaks all night!!!! The windows are extremely drafty. I no certainly wouldn’t not stay here again.

Great Breck Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I prefer renting from Summit Mountain Rentals, vs. Airbnb or VRBO, when I visit Breck. It's typically a little cheaper to rent from Summit Mountain, they communicate well, the check-in and checkout process is easy, and there are no unpleasant surprises. I've stayed at Trails End several times. The Quicksilver lift is about 400 feet from the building's back door and it's a short walk to Main St. too. Trails End has 2 hot tubs; one indoor and one outdoor. It also provides free access to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs across the street.Unit 409 was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The furniture and decor were a little dated, but in good shape and functional. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom did not have a TV, which is uncommon in my experiences at Trails End, but it was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

Very cute, well stocked and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. The location is very convenient. It’s the perfect size for a couple - might be a little tight for more than 3. The bed is comfortable and fit even my oversized 6’4”husband with room enough for both of us. The kitchen/condo is well stocked and everything works as it should. The management company is extremely easy to work with. The check-in process was clear and straightforward. Parking was good. We were happy with our choice of this condo.

Beautiful property in Breckenridge

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to all the skiing and snowboarding action. Easy walks/shuttle rides to everywhere in Breckenridge. Kitchen was well-stocked and the property was clean. The indoor hot tub was warm but the jets could have worked better. The outdoor hot tub was cold. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay there again!
