If you are looking for a luxurious condo for your honeymoon, babymoon, anniversary, or just a great weekend with your significant other, look no further! Nestled right in the heart of Breckenridge with the best amenities in town. Park your car in the heated garage and walk everywhere. Quicksilver SuperChair on Peak 9 is about 150 yards away. Relax in heated pool or hot tubs and enjoy breathtaking mountain sunset. Or stay in, cook delicious meal in the full kitchen and unwind by the fireplace.
Unbeatable location. The condo oversees the Main Street Station Plaza, which is directly adjacent to historic Main Street. On the other side of the the building, is Quicksilver SuperChair Lift on Peak 9. Enjoy the proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and everything Breckenridge has to offer. This is a great opportunity to stay in downtown Breckenridge and create a memorable vacation.
Amazing amenities. Access to Pioneer Club, heated outdoor pool with picture-perfect Breckenridge ski area view, 5 whirlpool spas, steam room, fitness center and ski/bike concierge. Trolley stop is just across the street.
The condo is located on the 4th floor in a hotel-type building with an elevator and heated garage, the balcony is overlooking the Plaza. It's ideal for a couple searching for something special.
Spacious one-bedroom condo (over 600 sq. ft of space) with full kitchen, sleek marble bathroom with high end bath products, gas fireplace, 65" TV, and private balcony with patio chairs overlooking the Plaza and Baldy Mountain.
Kitchen. The full kitchen is equipped with Maytag stainless steel fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and slow cooker. We provide some essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and spices for your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the dining table that comfortably sits four.
Living room. Decorated with a Wolf mural by local artist Candie Cain, I hope you will love it a much as I do. There are two leather couches, a slate gas fireplace, and a 65" TV with live channels and FireTV (you can log in to your favorite entertainment provider). One of the couches unfolds into a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a cabinet with some games and Echo sits on top. Live edge desk with a comfy chair if you need some work done.
Bedroom. A separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. King size bed is made with fresh, high-end down bedding and plenty of pillows to keep you comfortable. Another TV with live channels is mounted on the wall for your late-night movie.
Bathroom. The oversized bathroom is accessible either from the hallway or directly from the bedroom. Separate shower with seamless glass and oversized shower head, freestanding soaking bathtub, toilet and sink with live edge cherry slab countertop. Amika hairdryer.
Internet and Work Desk. Free wireless Internet throughout the condo and work desk with a night lamp and comfy chair.
Balcony. There is a private balcony with two chairs and a small table directly overlooking the plaza and Baldy mountain. Enjoy the farmer's markets and live music in the summer right out the door.
Washer and Dryer. Complimentary laundry is located on the second and third level.
Paid Parking. One car can be parked in the paid underground heated garage. This is an additional fee not included in the total. The fee is set by our homeowner association at their sole discretion, but to give you some kind of idea, around $15/night during summer and $25/night in winter.
Ski-In/Ski-Out. The condo is located right at the base of Peak 9. The Quicksilver Lift is just a block away - there are no streets to cross, just walk around the Maggie Pond directly to the lift. Alternatively (or when Peak 9 is closed), there is a Trolley/Bus stop across the street. It's free and would take you to the Gondola (it's a quick 5-minute ride). Store your ski/snowboarding gear with the free ski valet. In the morning, walk there (either through the garage or across the plaza), leave your shoes in locker #131, put on your warmed boots, grab your gear and walk to Quicksilver.
Winters offer world-class skiing just steps away. Beginners can access easy runs right on Peak 9 and advanced skiers can continue to explore the entire ski resort. Non-skiers can spend a day snowmobiling, dog sledding or shopping.
In summer there are numerous hiking trails - some of them are accessible directly from the condo. Other fun things to do in Breckenridge are biking, rafting, a fun park on Peak 8, horseback riding, Frisco Bay Marina, tennis, fishing, and so many other things. You won't get bored here in Breckenridge.
