Our SilverCreek studio is set up for comfort and convenience, and value-priced to meet your budget. Very cozy courtyard level condo is one-half flight up from the slopes (elevator or steps), and easy to access for lunch, warm-up, or that luxurious mid-day nap. The studio features a queen and single bed on the "floor level." Two additional upper bunks can be used for storing gear, but are not made up for sleeping. We provide sleeping (sheets, towels) for 3 occupants max.

The kitchenette features full stove/oven, dishwasher, and two stacked and very quiet refrigerators for your cooling and comfort requirements. Table seating for 3 persons.

We are right down the hall from the coin laundry room, food court, and a public bathroom so very handy when someone is tying up the unit's bathroom!

The pool, hot tub, and sauna are one flight of steps (or elevator) down - very convenient, and the workout room is also near at hand, as is the in-house watering hole/restaurant, and other in-house shops.

Regular shuttles take you to anywhere on the mountain, with the Snowshoe Village being the hub for points beyond the village in the South Mountain (Soaring Eagle). Operate until the wee hours. Check operating times with your driver.

NOTE: CELL PHONES DO NOT WORK IN THE REGION. BRING A MAP OR LEGACY GPS IF YOU NEED ROAD GUIDANCE. AT&T and VERIZON CELL SERVICE WORKS IN VILLAGE. WIFI CALLING WORKS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THAT FUNCTION. UNIT PHONE IS 304-572-8197.

Parking in the Silvercreek parking lot is provided, and short term unloading and loading is available at the front entrance, with carts available to assist with transporting luggage, skis and food to the unit. PLEASE PROVIDE VEHICLE MAKE, MODEL, YEAR, PLATE # AND STATE IN RESERVATION REQUEST.

This studio is perfectly located and suited for a relaxing and complete Snowshoe/SilverCreek experience, just a short hop to Snow Creek Outfitters, and the new Brewery on the mountain. The newly upgraded tubing hill is right there at Silver Creek for your non-skiing action enjoyment!

We had a great time at the Silver Creek Resort! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. The Shuttle was always on time to take us to the surrounding areas, once we arrived we didn't have to hassle with parking, traffic or road conditions. The resort itself was super accommodating with instructions, attendants and information. Highly recommend a stay here!!

what I was angry about is two of the sweets I was there about midnight the alarm goes off telling people to clear out because somebody on the third floor was cooking food. I went up staying tired most of the time I was there.

This place has everything you need for a weekend away on the slopes. Silver Creek lodge has a great bar and good food. Plenty to do for the kids and a great heated pool. Owner is very available for questions or anything you need.

Small but clean and had all we needed

Jim was extremely kind and quick to respond to any and all questions. Only complaint was they vacuum would not work, but Jim was easy to talk to and he said it will be fixed soon. The property is very family friends with lots to do. Temperature in room was perfect and thermostat worked great. There is a new fridge/freezer that held all we brought and worked well. All other kitchen appliances are old but worked well for us. It is a very small space but Jim has made the most of all available space to have all you need for a very wonderful and comfortable trip. Mattresses seemed new and were VERY comfortable!! We all slept great!

Room was good for the 2 of us, but would be pretty tight for anymore than 3 people.

The room cleanliness was fair. There was a dirty bath mat in the bathroom, and a good bit of dirt under the beds. There were two small refrigerators in the room. One worked well, but the big one did not cool down properly. One of the three kitchen chairs was broken and could not be used. The internet did not always work well and was a real problem when the lodge was full.

OK Stay

We booked LATE as our trip was a last minute decision and with it being winter not much in the building was available but my husband and 2 teens stayed here comfortably while I stayed with family in another unit. Cannot comment on how stocked it is with kitchen items as I did all the cooking and we did all the eating in my unit during our stay. They didn’t complain about anything being dirty, out of place or in disrepair and said the beds were comfortable. Note: READ the ENTIRE description before booking. They no longer allow the top bunks to be used and the ladders have been removed. Likely a lawsuit or something unfortunate. Communication with the owner/host at the start wasn’t great. As a host myself I can say the interaction could definitely have been better from a politeness standpoint. All in all, it was a fine place to SLEEP while being close to a convenient restaurant and coffee shop in the building that have really good food/selections, great amenities with the indoor pool with indoor/outdoor hot tubs and steps away from the slopes of Snowshoe.

I am a retired computer security professional who likes to travel and ski. I have several resort rentals that I rent out during the weekends, mostly, and enjoy when others are not enjoying for me.

Why they chose this property

This is a property that we purchased in a partnership and did not rent to the public until 2018-2019. It is extremely convenient to all of the best of Snowshoe. It is quiet, comfortable, cozy, and affordable for a couple or couple with a child or friend.

What makes this property unique

There is a food court and a public bathroom down the hall, as well as one of the very few laundry facilities in the lodge. The proximity of the public bathroom is that there is no rush on whomever is bathing. The food court is handy, as is the laundry facility for drying wet clothing, or washing if needed. If there is a group of 3 who don't want to share the queen bed, one person can move to an upper bunk with a sleeping bag, or single bed sheets you bring with you. The code lock means no fumbling with keys, and no check-in or checkout delays. You can get to the pools and hot tubs and sauna, as well as all the other lodge amenities, without going your robe!
