Allegheny Springs-Village-Slope access w/ walkout porch-Free Pool Use, AC

Walk out through your back porch to the ski slopes. One of only a few Allegheny Springs ski in/ski out with direct access to the slopes. 1 Bedroom with gas fireplace, King in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed, full kitchen plus all of the upscale features that Allegheny Springs offers. Beautiful lobby area, pool/hot tub only for Allegheny guests, village access, valet parking, and private ski lockers. One of the nicest facilities on the mountain.

Cheat Mountain Pizza located in the building, also on site Performance Bike/Ski Center, Red Spruce Draft House, and Spa.

We DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING in our condo.

We DO NOT ALLOW PETS in our condo. Due to severe allergies in my family, I cannot allow service animals in this condo. No reservations will be accepted for a party with a service animal.

NO Mountain Bikes in the condo, but with the covered back porch you can store them easily there right outside your condo.

Minimum rental age is 21.

When you pull up, you will see why Alleghey Springs is one of - if not the premier property at Snowshoe. Perfect location in the village - at the top of Ballhooter lift...you could not be in a better spot on the mountain. Valet parking if you choose or get a cart and unload under a covered area.

The 1BR is right off the lobby area but through 2 doors so this wing is a quiet area. Just across the hall is a door to the sauna/work out room and then through another door is the pool/hot tub area. Again, you could not be more centrally located. And just outside your condo you will be at the top of Ballhooter lift. Along with the condo you have access to a private ski locker (combination will be provided after booking).

Christmas wonderland

This property was amazing. Just as advertised. The property owner was very responsive with my questions! It is perfect for me and my husband and right in the village. I loved we could just walk to all the restaurants and up to the ski area. It was absolutely beautiful.

Great stay!

The condo was just as described. We went for a mini-staycation over the Fourth of July weekend. My partner, 12 year old son, and myself. The condo is close to the pool, which we loved. My son had a blast, and said he’d rather go to Snowshoe than the beach in the future. Everything you need is at the condo in terms of towels and linens, dishes, etc. We took our own drinks, and sandwich stuff, and opted to eat in the village for our dinners. We didn’t cook in the condo, but there are pots and pans available as well.

Great place, great ski vacation

The ski condo was exactly as advertised. Very nice stay. Can't beat the location!There WAS a hiccup that was beyond the owner's control—the stove died and had to be replaced—but Martin handled it as well as one could hope for. It COULD have been a major problem, but thanks to Martin's efforts and skill at handling a tough situation and excellent communication, it was only a minor inconvenience. It all worked out and we had a great time.Highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend in Snowshoe Village

We traveled to Snowshoe for a weekend mountain bike race and were grateful to be able to acces our room earlier in the afternoon. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about the area. The condo was well furnished and as described in the property details. This condo is perfect for a summer weekend with the porch access right off the ballhooter lift. The porch was nice, however it was a bit dirty and dried peanut shells and a small unkept mat. Suggest adding a nicer mat to be able to clean shoes before coming in and a broom to sweep the hardwood floors. It rained heavily the first day and was happy to have access to the washer and dryer in the basement of the building. Overall we really enjoyed everything about the condo and snowshoe. We will be back next year!

Ski Getaway in Snowshoe

We had an amazing time during our stay at Martin's condo (124 in Allegheney Springs). The place was lovely and well equipped for my husband and myself and our 7 year old daughter. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels available, and the location was perfect. We were able to head right out the back door directly onto the slopes. In addition, Martin was quick to respond to any questioms we had. If you are looking for your next ski getaway then look no further!!

Best location ever!

The property was in the most perfect spot, close to everything! The space was small as described but fit our family of 3 comfortably. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies and although there was an issue with an appliance, the owner was in constant contact about getting it fixed and making things right! We also appreciated his email with extensive information on the area which saved us time and effort getting to know the lay of the land given it was our first time visiting Snowshoe mountain. We will absolutely be renting from Martin again next year for our holiday vacation!

Midweek Snowshoe Village stay

We recently stayed at this with our two young children, and while there were a few positives, there were some aspects of our stay that were disappointing.The check-in process was confusing and not as smooth as we had hoped. The instructions we received were unclear, and it took us much longer than expected to get settled in. On the other hand, we were required to check out quite early, which ins standard it seems in the village, but felt rushed and left us with little time to prepare for departure and could not fully enjoy the stay, especially with two kids in tow.Additionally, we noticed some garbage was left behind in the room from previous guests. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did create a bit of a negative first impression. We weren’t able to access the walk out to the lifts, because of a large amount of ice on the outside patio. All of the other patios on the premise were nicely cleared.Overall, while the accommodation itself was fine, the lack of clarity in the check-in process, no access for walk out as advertised, and the cleanliness oversight left us feeling underwhelmed. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

Awesome Mountain Weekend!!!

This property was just as described in the listing. Snowshoe is an amazing area and the location of this property was amazing. Located directly adjacent to Snowshoe Village you have easy access to restaurants, shops, pools, and most importantly the slopes. A true ski-in/ski-out experience. Location, location!

The room is just as described and was great for our family. We’ve stayed at almost all of the properties in the Village, but this room was the best. The location for the ones skiing is absolutely perfect! Martin was quick to respond with questions I had and sent a really thorough welcome letter prior to our stay. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo in prime location

This is a great condo with comfortable furnishings, exactly as described. It is located next to the main ski area and has close access to the pool and fitness areas. Martin was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!
