In the heart of the medieval city of Chauvigny, at the foot of the Saint-Pierre collegiate church, located in the Duguesclin tower, the apartment consists of three levels, a living room / kitchen on the first floor with sofa (click-clack type allowing sleeping ), a large bedroom on the second level (containing a 160 cm double bed) and a small room of 6m2 on the third level ((accessible by a wooden staircase opposite the entrance to the main bedroom) which allows sleeping an adult.. Its exceptional view of the Saint-Pierre collegiate church, its tranquility (highest point in the city!) and its character make it a perfect accommodation for couples, solo travelers, small families and business travelers.

Évasion au coeur de la cité médiévale

Cadre très plaisant pour cet appartement en duplex aux étages de la tour Duguesclin : les fenêtres offrent une vue magnifique d'un côté sur les toits de la ville, de l'autre sur le chevet de l'église Saint Pierre. En décembre, l'affluence des touristes n'est pas excessive et il est très agréable de rejoindre son logement à la nuit tombée en passant par les petites rues tranquilles à la lueur des réverbères. Avoir l'occasion d'entrer goûter la lumière de l'église voisine à différentes heures de la journée est aussi un régal. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'expérimenter les ressources de restauration immédiatement voisines, mais il y en a. L'appartement est meublé du simple nécessaire mais rien ne manque et la literie est confortable : atout important! Présence discrète et prévenante à la fois du propriétaire. C'est une location où nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.
