• 40 m² west-facing terrace with traditional paving – perfect for a plancha or a relaxing sunset moment

• Private entrance and parking (space for 2 cars)

The house is well insulated and fully equipped for year-round stays:
• Modern electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the original fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
• Washing machine
• TV in the bedroom, Wi-Fi

Capacity: up to 4 people
• One bedroom with a 140 cm bed (head and foot can be raised electrically)
• One large 160 cm sofa bed in the living room
