Cozy half-timbered house with room for everyone

Ground floor a very large living room with 2 large dining tables and a separate lounge area with TV and a dart board. Very spacious kitchen with cooking island, plenty of cupboard space, 2 fridges and fully equipped (including many spices). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds and 2 large bathrooms and 2 toilets. The 2nd floor 3 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping places and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. At the rear a large parking area with a carport of 6 by 6 meters and at the front a large sunny south-facing terrace with 2 picnic tables, seats with a parasol, and a large veranda. The location is very quiet and yet within walking distance of the many restaurants and all sporting possibilities that can be done in this spa, including indoor swimming paradise, indoor children's play paradise, tennis, bowling, outdoor swimming lake, cycling, hiking, skiing, tobogganing, pedalos , bird of prey park, fairy tale forest, mini golf, children's playgrounds and regularly we have a deer in the back garden.

Unterkunft hat uns (8 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder) viel Platz geboten, Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist geräumig, Dartscheibe ist super, allerdings hatten wir eigene Dartpfeile dabei. Es gibt leider keine Garten oder gemütliche Terrasse zum draußen sitzen und spielen. Haus ist sehr rustikal und schon etwas alt, aber bietet alles was gebraucht wird.

Wir warten 3 Familien, 7 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Jeder hatte mehr als genug Platz für sich, es gibt wirklich viele duschen und Toiletten, ein mega Luxus. Das hatte ich bisher noch nie. Hinzu kommt ein riesen großes Plus dafür dass es für die Gäste viele verschiedene Gewürze, Öle etc bereit gestellt wurden und so viel mehr. Es gab ein extra Spielzimmer mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Spielen für klein und groß. Es auch nicht selbstverständlich ist das es Küchenrollen und Toilettenpapier gab. Der Partyraum unten war früher eine Gaststätte, dementsprechend hab es sehr viel Platz für uns alle. Auch die Dartscheibe wurde gerne genutz, von klein und groß. Wenn wir wieder in den Harz fahren, dann buchen wir definitiv wieder dieses Haus. Ich kann es jeder größeren Gruppe sehr empfehlen.

Unterkunft wie angegeben, waren schon vier Mal da. Ruhige Lage, ideal für Ausflüge. Ein Tiefkühlschrank wäre wünschenswert. Ein paar mehr Lampen im Speiseraum und in der Küche besonders während der dunklen Jahreszeit wäre schön. Sonst alles prima!

Toller Familienurlaub

Es war eine super Unterkunft mit tollen Möglichkeiten zur Aktivität in der Nähe. Aufgrund der vielen Kinder, mit denen wir gereist sind, wäre ein größerer Garten wünschenswert gewesen, aber die vorhandene Terasse hat den Kindern auch Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung gegeben.Insgesamt super!!

Wanderurlaub im Harz

Wir waren in einer Wandergruppe mit 8 Personen in dem sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus. Dies ist ideal für Großfamilien oder Freunde geeignet. Auch Haustiere sind willkommene Gäste.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung.Ein gemeinsamer Grillabend hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönt. Es ist genug Platz für viele Leute, auch am großen gemeinsamen Esstisch.Die Küche ist wunderbar groß, sodass selbst viele Köche sich nicht gegenseitig ins Gehege kommen.Als Startposition für Wanderungen in den Harz ist das Ferienhaus ideal gelegen.Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Tolle Tage in einem tollen Haus

Wir möchten uns bedanken. Die Räume, Aufteilung mit den Betten, die Anzahl an Bädern und Toiletten ist perfekt um sich mit der ganzen Familie zusammen zu finden und eine unvergessliche Zeit zu verbringen. Großes Ferienhaus in Naturnähe

Wir haben uns im Haus mit seinen vielen, große Zimmern und Bädern wohlgefühlt und den Platz genossen. Mit seiner Lage direkt am Stadtrand konnten wir unsere Wanderung unkompliziert beginnen. Das war ideal. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Leider funktionierten die Kaffeemaschinen nicht richtig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Treffen mit ehemaligen Kommilitonen

Die Unterkunft war ideal für unsere Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern. Alles war sauber und die Villa bot unten einen schönen Aufenthaltsbereich in dem man abends schön zusammen sitzen konnte.

Wochenende mit Freunden

Für unseren Zweck war das Haus ideal. Seit einigen Jahren unternehmen wir im Schulfreundeskreis jedes Jahr ein Wochenende. Hier hatten wir mehr als genug Platz, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Klar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Charme. Wir waren Ende Sommer hier, kann mir aber durchaus vorstellen, wenn es in die dunkle Jahreszeit geht, sind die Lampen im Aufenthaltsraum durchaus dunkel. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften, die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und kompetent.

Kann man nicht weiter empfelen

Schönes altes Fachwerkhaus, mann könnte sich da sehr wohl fühlen....wenn es gepflegt wäre. Im Haus klebt alles...Grundreinigung dringend notwendig, Küche alles durcheinander, Chaos. Garten und Terrasse total ungepflegt.... Schade um das ganze Objekt.
