Our 2 apartments T2 are located on the 5th floor of Residence DOUCHKA, They are facing south, bright, comfortable and functional with a beautiful view of the ski area and the district of Falaise (near the dock).
All are equipped for 4 people in the following way:
       - a closed room: with a 140x190 bed, night table
       - a living room with 2 sofa beds, TV screen
       - dining area with table and chair for all the necessary comfort
       - a fully equipped kitchen
       - a bathroom, bath / shower, wc

Great location and exactly as advertised.

It is right in the middle of the Falais area near shops and restaurants. Very easy access to slopes. There were a couple of small maintenance issues like loose door knobs and it could have been cleaned better before arrival (floors, fridge), but in general it was a comfortable apartment, fresh linen, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Great views. Convenient ski locker downstairs. Coffee machine, kettle, dish washer. Friendly and efficient check in and out communication. We arrived late and left early, so simply picked up and dropped the keys at the Tourist Office. Quick text responses from agents.

Je pense qu’il manque des ustensiles et du matériel de cuisine Il aurait été souhaitable que nous soyons avertis que les dates de notre séjour correspondaient avec la snow box … nous aurions évité la période en question afin de pouvoir dormir correctement L’appartement est bien situé et proche des commerces , facile d’accès depuis le parking couvert

Appartement aux pieds des pistes dans une station magnifique. Il est très cosi et nous a parfaitement convenu. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Personne agréable !! En revanche, l’appartement était sale, il était précisé qu’il n’y avait pas d’animaux. Pourtant il y avait des poils partout des chaussettes sales sous le lit des éclaboussures de nourriture sur la cuisine. Les couvertures était également rempli de poils d’animaux. nous avons averti le proprio mais à part un coup d’aspirateur rien on aurait été fait. Nous avons préféré le faire nous-mêmes et y avons passé trois heures. Je conseille cet appartement à ceux pour qui les poil ne dérange pas. Je tiens quand même à dire que l’appartement était très très beau et que c’est assez dommage il y avait une belle vue et un bel accès aux pistes.

Appartement correct mais porte d’entrée non étanche, cuisine très peu équipée, il manque beaucoup de chose (couteau qui coupe, spatule de cuisine, sac poubelle …) Station qui perd vraiment de son charme plus de la moitié des restaurants et magasins fermés l’été, peu d’activité hormis le VTT mais inadapté avec un enfant de 4ans. Piscine ouverte que l’après midi. En revanche, conciergerie au top, dispo et arrangeante

Excellent emplacement

Appartement extrèmement bien situé: proche piste, ESF, magasins et du quai de déchargement. En revanche, du fait de cette proximité avec tous ces services, la zone est plutôt bruyante. Mais dans tous les cas, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
