Cute home with nice views, good space for 2 couples and 2 singles. Located close enough to 82 to be convenient but away enough to be quiet. All the amenities we needed and more. A couple of problems arose with appliances, but owners were quick to respond. Would be happy to stay again

Thank you for hour input. Sorry for inconvenience with dishwasher it was actually a simple tripped ground fault breaker. Hope you will stay with us again
We have had our employees stay at this property numerous times now & each time the host is easy to reach & gets right back to us with any questions & is always extremely accommodating. The property is well-maintained & a fantastic place to stay.
Property is in an excellent location in Basalt. Quiet neighborhood with excellent views. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and excellent response from owner when we had a question. I would visit again!
This worked out perfectly while we worked in the area, all the work associates could stay at one location which made things much easier than shuttling everyone to different hotels, etc...
This property was great for 2 families. It was easy to get to the slopes and very quiet and pleasant once we were home. We would definitely book again.
The property is very spacious and fully loaded with all amenities. We had two families of 8 stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, close to the airport and all ski resorts. Parking is easy. The price is much more affordable than Aspen. The owner is responsive to all messages. The community is quiet and have good snow service on roads.
We had a perfect time! Great location to Snowmass for skiing! So nice to come home to after a long day of skiing. Beds were super comfy. Everything you need is right there. We will definitely consider coming back next year :). We loved it!! Thank you so much!!
This is a great town house, located with drop-dead gorgeous views from the front, and a lovely orchard setting out back. The location is superb, and is walking distance to Basalt (which we walked to today). The place is meticulously clean, and very well stocked. The bathrooms are clean and modern and supplied with many towels. The kitchen is modern, very functional, and thoughtfully supplied also. The washer and dryer are state of the art Maytags. The owner, Elise, was a delight to communicate with and always responsive and cheery. I highly recommend it. I am jealous of anyone else enjoying it in the future.
We had a great time staying at this property. The express- auto-check was very well described in the check-in document. Very convenient location, we had a car rental, and it was perfect! You have everything within an average of a 30 mins drive: snowboarding & skiing, amazing restaurants, stores, and organic markets. Just a few minutes from the beautiful historical center Basalt.
The kitchen is fully equipped, all the bedrooms are very comfortable. We also liked that the common area, kitchen, and living room, are on a separate floor from the bedrooms. We only had a small issue with the basement's shower hot water. The knob was loose and it was hard to set the correct temperature. Not sure if it was a one-day thing, but we had to agree to take very short showers to keep the hot water for everyone. Make sure if you order something in the mail, to be delivered during your stay days only, not prior, because the owners do not live near the property. We would definitely rent it back some other time.

Not only did this person NOT register a dog, or pay the required pet deposit, she violated our limit of ONE dog by bringing TWO. The house rules are clearly stated in the contract that she signed through VRBO in renting our home.
Her dogs were scratching at the front door and windows and barking so much while alone for hours at a time, that our neighbors registered complaints to us and the condo association, affecting future VRBO renters. The damage to our home caused by her dogs is extensive: door frames, wooden step and door were sheared by dog scratchings , pet stains on furniture requiring professional restoration, bedding and linens covered with wet pet-hair covered towels, and even leaving our home with pet fecal material in the bedroom. Even our housekeeper was stunned at the filth and damage left behind. We have pictures of all of the above that have been submitted to insurance. In all our years of hosting on VRBO, we have maintained a "5" rating from visitors, and have never encountered anything like this. We have made a decision to no longer allow pets after this disgraceful guest visit. it is almost laughable that the point from this guest is that we should be faulted for saying that we allow pets and then restrict the level of noise and destruction they might cause. she should be barred from future rentals on VRBO... She exemplifies the worst nightmare of any VRBO host.
Convenient location to ski in Snowmass and well stocked town home
We are a family of five staying here for over a week to work and ski. This condo met our needs. The WiFi was fast enough for work. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked with toaster oven, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and some spices (though I brought my own) to cook. The townhouse is tucked away from major road and is facing beautiful mountains front and back.
Minor improvements: wished tables/desk a bit bigger and more Tupperware available in the kitchen.
The location was perfect, nice and quiet. The townhouse itself was super clean and accommodating for everyone’s needs. The host was so kind and flexible with us. She was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!!
Excellent location for skiing if you want something affordable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need and pantry was well-stocked with things like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. Linda was incredibly quick to respond to anything we needed.
Lots of beds and bedrooms, with a good sized living area and well equipped kitchen. Also really appreciate that there are some spices, aluminum foil, and extra paper towels/toilet paper. Thanks! Would stay here again for sure
Decent size property for our group, had everything we needed and the location was fine for our daily communtes to Buttermilk and was handy having a supermarket near by. We would definately book again when we next return to the area!
A great condo for our family of 6 ( 2 adults and 4 kids- 16, 15, 14 and 12) as we went skiing for multiple days. Short drive to Snowmass and Aspen that was well worth the savings of being a bit farther out. Plenty of room and one of the best stocked places we have stayed! Loved having a washer and dryer in the house. A walk/ bike path super close as well that we put to goid use on non- ski days. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend staying at this property- it is clean has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Short walk to bus stop and walking tracks close by. Great communication with owners.
We stayed for over a week at their townhouse and enjoyed how comfortable and convenient it was. The house is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week in the mountains. Some rentals feel quite sterile, but this one strikes the right balance of feeling homey! There is a Whole Foods and good restaurants within 10 minutes and trails you can hike on behind their property. We had our lab with us, and there was lots of green grass around the property for her too! Would stay here again!

Two friends from Atlanta are the owners of this wonderful townhouse. We have owned and rented a townhouse in this area for the last 11 years! Check out listing #154474 to see how many people enjoyed our space!!! This new one is almost twice the size and in an even better location! We are looking forward to spending more time there and sharing it as much as we can!
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy our Townhouse in Basalt because of its great location in the Roaring Fork Valley, with easy access to Aspen and the ski areas, as well as the wonderful recreational, culinary and other resources from Basalt to Carbondale and beyond to Glenwood Springs.
What makes this property unique
We love to travel and know how great it is to find a place that feels warm & cozy, beautiful and comfortable the minute you walk in! We also use this place and would love to host you, your family, friends and even your dog!
