Basement with garage, laundry room and a private part:

• The kitchen open to the living / dining room, it is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Cooktop (3 gas burners - 1 electric plate - Electronic ignition - Gas cutter safety), hood, double sink, fridge with freezing section. The cabinets are equipped for a minimum of 9 people with plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, pots, and accessories (Percolator, Nespresso machine, etc.)

• The living room is equipped with a built-in wood stove, a TV cabinet, a Sony flat screen TV (LCD). Satellite reception via TNT SAT. Audio amplifier with radio and two speakers. Orange internet box.
L-shaped lounge: taupe-colored fabrics. Small coffee table.
• Dining room with a large table and chairs for 9 people.
• The tiled shower room with walk-in shower (Floor-level receiver), sink and mirror and a toilet.
• The bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a central bedside table, two low storage units with three drawers, Brabancia support integrated into the ceiling (tumble dryer). Hot air inlet valve (Chimney)
• In the garden: Vegetable garden, covered garden table and barbecue

• A bathroom with bath, sink and mirror, storage cabinet.
• A large bedroom with 2 90x190 beds - mattresses and duvets - Wardrobe and storage cupboards under the roof over 4 meters
• A double bedroom with a 140x190 bed - mattress and duvet - Wardrobe and storage cabinets.
• A bedroom with 3 beds of 90x190. - mattresses and duvets - Wardrobe and storage cupboards under the roof over 3 meters.

Travelers access

You will have access to the 4 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, the living and dining room, the kitchen, the garage and the laundry room.
And finally, the garden and the kilometers of forest paths which are the marvels of our magnificent Hill.

On site, you will always have the possibility of having the help of Babeth or Mathieu.

The district

Multiple hikes, mountain biking or snowshoeing are possible from the chalet because we are at the edge of the forest and its many paths.

Alsace is only a few kilometers from the chalet ...
During the month of December and for centuries, Alsace has taken care to keep Christmas traditions intact. Throughout the month of December, Alsatian villages and towns perpetuate the magic of Christmas for young and old and come alive with lights, live nativity scenes, processions, choirs and evenings, while the scent of spices, bredele out of the oven and mulled wine. Take part in each essential Saint-Nicolas tour, discover the evolution of Christmas tree decoration in Sélestat, meet the authentic night watchman during Advent in Turckheim, let yourself be carried away by a stroll told in Wesserling or meet the characters who populate Christmas tales in the enchanted forest of Altkirch.

In winter we are surrounded by ski resorts.
The Rouge Gazon station and the superb Ballon d'Alsace station are 15 'away - the Joseph Brothers (15') La Bresse is 30 'and the Schlucht pass 45'.

And all the classic activities like horse riding, tennis, swimming, fishing, climbing, ... and quad biking!

Other remarks

Always arrival on Saturday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. and departure on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the presence of Babeth. (Except for exceptions ... To see when booking)

Techniques:

• Heating:
The wood stove is more than enough to comfortably heat the whole chalet even in winter with -15 °.
On the ground floor, the chalet is fitted with electric resistance underfloor heating for barefoot comfort every morning.
The bathrooms are fitted with small electric heaters.
Upstairs, The chalet is also equipped with small electric wall heaters in each room.
• Gas: only for the hob
• The chalet is electrically ventilated for the two bathrooms and the WC.

Operating costs:

• Water: Included in the rental price.
Spring water is scarce. We ask you to use it with respect.
• Electricity: EDF: € 0.20 per Kw: statement at the entrance and at the exit.
• Wood heating: Included in the rental price.
• Gas: Included in the rental price.
• Waste: € 2 per bag
• Insurance for the chalet: Included in the rental price.
We advise you to take out insurance on your side.
