Miltiadis Farm is set in a secluded quiet area away from the main road. The grounds are very private and the villas are spaciously set apart. The owner, Peter, has ensured that every attention to detail in the planning and design has resulted in offering the best in comfort, charm and character.

This villa is offering as well the possibility of an 2-4 people on a small villa on the same land than the main Miltiadis villa. if you are interested, please contact us for more information.

The farm offers one 3 bedroom villa with its own swimming pool
The 3 bedroom villa has a ground floor with a beautifully designed reception area with top of the range Italian fitted kitchen, corner fireplace and many features. The hallway leads to a bright & airy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which comprises of a jacuzzi-bath, walk-in shower, WC & vanity washbasin unit. The first floor has a further spacious bedroom with a double & single bed and en-suite shower room, which has a walk-in shower, WC & vanity washbasin unit.

Agios Ioannis is ideally located. Very closed from Lefkada City down town, you will not need your car to reach the city to enjoy night life of doing some shoppings. bicycle will be perfect to move around the villa. As well, at walking distance is the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis with its crystal clear blue sea. A nice walk on the morning will bring you to this little piece of paradise.
For the sportive ones, one of the most famous European spot for kite surfing is located near by the villa where you will find some very stable winds, shallow waters and teachers to help start safely with this amazing extrem sport.
On the peaceful garden of the villa, the children will be able to play safely without fear of the cars. Of course, the pool remains under the parents responsability.

A lovely space to relax , eat and socialise . The hosts were always quick to help and made us feel at home immediately .

Near by the city and very calm at the same time!!!

7 friends nejoying kitesurfing and night in Lefkada island !! We wanted a great location to be able to party safely ithout cars or scooters but as well sleeping peacefully when the morning is coming!!! We found the right spot!!! Super kite surfing Beach very close by ... thanks Milos for your great time and experiences ;) And the private pool for a quick jump during the hottest part of the day or coming back from party!! Anyway, Go and check by yourself!! Thanks Anna and Petros for this great time !!!

Incredibly calm city house!

We wanted a very safe villa for our kids to play in security from the cars or others problems. This villa is protected by a wall around the villa which allowed the safety of our kids and as well the privacy we were searching for. As well important was to be able to live without to use the car everyday and more the bicycle. This was perfect... Very close from Lefkas city life and stores, very quick access to Agios Ioannis beach by walk or bicycle, kite surfing activity, horse riding and great restauran, exactly what we wanted !!! Plus an extra good service from the owner .... we just recommand it!! We hope to come back very soon :)

Calm paradise!

perfect for families with children,quite place with private pool in beautiful nature.House was clean and tiddy as well as rooms and bathrooms.beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was allways ready to help.

Perfect location villa !!!

We were 6 friends coming for hiking, swimming and kitesurfing … the vialla is just perfectly located for all that activity :) Very close from Lefkada City, from the best kite surf spot in Greece and really close to the best beach around … the house gave us intimacy and calm and it is really well equipped!! Welcome team available and efficient, very kind people!!! We will come back !!! For sure, just go for it !!
