Great location, my family and I had an amazing time in Snowshoe WV over the MLK weekend. The condo was in the perfect spot both close to the slopes and good proximity to the village.

We enjoyed a long ski weekend with our teenage daughters. The condo was great- clean with all necessities available and in good condition. Ski in/ski out was perfect and as advertised allowing us a lot of flexibility. A stress free weekend!

This property is great! It was the perfect location and perfect setup for two families. Two rooms with a king and two rooms with 3-4 bunks. It’s right on Whistlepunk slope. The house has everything you need plus vaulted ceilings and a fantastic fireplace. We loved our stay!

Close to lift and slopes, but lots, and lots of steps and stairs to get into and out of townhouse.
We loved our stay at Whistlepunk! Awesome location to ski on/off and a short walk to everything we needed in Snowshoe. Property team was great and house was clean and ready for our stay.
The property itself is beautiful and spacious, and was perfect for our group. One minor complaint is the hot water heater appears to be either old or undersized, so we ran out of hot water after a few showers in a row, which isn't ideal after coming back from a day of skiing. Still a fantastic trip, but with a new water heater I know our group would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. The 4 bedrooms had plenty of beds for everyone in our group. The location of the condo is great, but the limit to 2 parking passes was inconvenient. Our family had 3 cars, so a third parking pass was needed. General parking was pretty far away. But overall the condo was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. There was fresh snow so we really enjoyed the skiing.

The cabin was great. Clean, good location, supplied with most everything we needed. The wood burning fire pit was a hit after a day on the slopes.
The check-in process was not super smooth as the office to check in is at the bottom of the mountain (15-20 minutes from the cabin). We arrived early in the morning to enjoy a full day on the slopes before checking in, but had to first wait 20+ minutes at the Casago office for them to reluctantly give us the keys and promise not to check in before 3pm. Everyone was very nice, but the process could use improvement. Nobody wants to drive back down the mountain just to check in. It seems that a simple key pad entry would go a long was to improving the process. It would also make it easier for our group of 11 people to come and go as they pleased. As it was they only gave us 4 keys, so there was a little more coordination than necessary.
Other than the key/check-in issue the place was excellent. Be sure to wake up in time to catch the sunrise out of your bedroom window!
We loved it! We never pay to stay so close to the slopes but it is totally worth it. The place was perfect for our 2 families. Close to the bars/restaurants was a bonus too.
We have stayed at a few different places in Snowshoe and Whistlepunk 12 was our favorite in terms of proximity to the lifts and village. Laura was very responsive with questions leading up and during our visit. There were a few maintenance issues (i.e. washing machine leaked in the kitchen floor) but she did her best to rectify quickly.
We had a great trip to Snowshoe and Whistlepunk 12. The location was wonderful and the unit was clean and well maintained. The space was perfect for our group. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
We liked the property and convenience to the slopes.
Problem: none of the keys other than the main key worked and we were unable to get hold of anyone to look into this. Also, kitchen lacked hot pads.
