Ski-in/out, pet/kid-friendly, slope side townhouse

Relaxed mountain getaway with all the necessities and more. Newly renovated contemporary style to provide you and your family with a memorable mountain vacation. Large downstairs room with arcade games and TV to keep your kids entertained when not enjoying mountain activities. Pet-friendly with slope-side access allowing for quick and easy skiing. Perfect for family fun, skiing and biking retreats, hiking, and unwinding in the quiet mountain atmosphere. Enjoy summer fireworks from back patio.

3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath. 3 levels. Middle level includes kitchen, dining, family room with open floor plan (small couch has single bed sleeper). King in master, queen in guest room upstairs. 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and trundle bed in downstairs kids room. Laundry machines are also down stairs in the kids hallway.

The whole unit is accessible to guests, except for small owner's closet.

I am available by message 24/7.

Our home is located on the top of Snowshoe Mountain. We are the basin side with direct slope access via the GREEN Camp 4 ski trail and Powder Ridge lift (weather permitting). Camp 4 is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. A free shuttle stop is located directly in front of our unit for easy access to Silver Creek, Snowshoe Village, and all other mountain locations. You can also take an easy walk along the paved trail to get to Snowshoe Village.

We are the last complex on Powder Ridge Rd after passing Black Bear and Powder Ridge complexes on your right. A free shuttle stop is located directly in front of our unit for easy access to Silver Creek, Snowshoe Village, and all other mountain locations. You can also take an easy walk along the paved trail to get to Snowshoe Village. You can park directly in front of our unit, 2 cars max.

In the summer, enjoy the best view on the mountain of the almost weekly Snowshoe Mountain fireworks display right from our back porch. No need to go to the village. You will have the perfect view right in the comfort of home. Even the locals come up to watch from the parking area at Camp 4. The view truly can't be beat.

*Note: For the 2025/26 ski season, the fireplace in the living room is not available.

We loved our stay!

We loved staying at this location. The townehome had the perfect setup for my family and we loved the easy access to the slopes. Mike and Beth kept in touch and made the checkin/out process so easy. They were in touch answering all questions and super helpful.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed at Camp 4U4 post Christmas, and it was wonderful. The unit is close to everything. We weren't able to ski in/out, but the free shuttle was easy to access. The village is also a nice walk. Our unit had all we needed, and the view of the mountain was beautiful.

Fantastic ski getaway!

My family and I had a fantastic vacation staying here. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to hang out, sleep, cook, etc. The property was not technically ski in/out for us because of lack of snow, but you can easily walk or catch a shuttle to the nearest lift. We also found a way to ski back to it! We would absolutely recommend this property!

Great Weekend House

This house was perfect for a weekend snowboard trip. We had 10 guys but there was plenty of room for us. The house is farther away from the village so you can't walk there, but being able to walk out the backdoor right onto a trail and strap in was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski Weekend

We had an excellent time staying here. Convenient location, clean, and plenty of space. Separate areas for kids and adults was perfect. The hosts were helpful and easy to contact. Thankfully, everything was so well accounted, that we didn't need much interaction. Overall, a great space and we will definitely book again.

Great for families!

This was a great place to stay for first time snow goers. My little ones don’t ski or snowboard as it was their first time seeing snow. They were able to snow tube, and play in the snow in the front and backyard of the home. Free shuttles to everywhere on the mountain.

Fantastic Stay and Great Owner

We had a great stay at this property. Mike communicated with us so well and not only made sure things were perfect, gave us the heads up on some minor issue so we were aware beforehand and helped answer our questions about the area. Mike was so accommodatingg and wanted to make sure we had a wonderful time. I can't say enough good things about the stay and the fun we had at Snowshoe. I would definitely rent this property again! Weekend ski trip

There were a set of parents and 6 high school seniors. The teens had a blast hanging out in the basement, and the bunk beds made for great sleeping arrangements for the boys. The powder room made it so that we didn’t have to use anyone’s main bathroom during the day. The townhome was exactly what was needed!

Highly recommended!!

The townhouse was great for our family and ultra functional!! There were 7 of us and plenty of sleeping space. Kids loved the air hockey table and Pac-Man arcade game. Kitchen includes a Brita filter/pitcher and the elective griddle was used to made two breakfasts for 7. Living room was extremely comfortable and the dining room table fits at least 8. We also enjoyed relaxing outside on the balcony. The hosts were awesome; friendly, cared about our stay and easy to communicate with. The townhome was also clean and felt like home. Highest rating and highly recommended!! Will stay again !!

This would be the prefect house with plenty of snow

This is a great house for our family of five. The house was not a ski in and ski out but only because of the lack of snow. But, even with the lack of snow, it was only a couple hundred yard walk to get to a skiable slope. The house is roomy. If you plan to cook the house had all the basics, pots, pans, plates, silverware, drinkware, etc.....but make sure you bring everything else you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

MTB Getaway for a Group

This was a perfect home away from home for 5 adults and one teen, our dog and our 7 mountain bikes + all our downhill gear! We loved being able to safely store 4 bikes on the deck and 3 in the HUGE basement room, while still having plenty of room to utilize and enjoy those spaces. To keep things clean, there’s a bike wash on site, plus we were able to access Ballhooter from our place by dropping straight down onto Easy Street. It’s a nice walk or a quick ride to the Village via paved path, too. Our priority was mountain biking, so the big mud room storage and places to keep bikes out of the way really made our stay much more comfortable than other lodging options we’ve tried. We anll enjoyed Camp 4 and will be back!

Mike and Beth’s place was very nice and exactly as listed / pictured. We really appreciated the comfortable beds, large supply of games and puzzles, and warm mud room for drying out all our ski gear. They were also very responsive whenever we had a need or question.

Why they chose this property

Camp Four is a safe, quiet neighborhood with direct slope (weather permitting) and hiking/biking trail access located central to all mountain activities. Our home has plenty of room for several families with space for kids, adults, and their four-legged family members.

What makes this property unique

We love the being able to park immediately outside our home and access the nearby hiking trails to take the dogs out for walks. The view of the slopes and Snowshoe village is one of a kind. Having direct access to slopes and a short walk or shuttle ride to the village is ideal.
