There is on site parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. Please note: this property is in a rural desert, there are farm animals (near by) and insects do live in the desert we do keep up on spraying.

The Neighborhood Overview
The home is about an hour drive from the Las Vegas Strip and about 13 minutes from Walmart, Starbucks and grocery stores.

Getting Around
There is parking on the property but limited public transportation in Pahrump. No taxis or Uber.

House Rules

pet fee $100 must be prior approved guest responsible for ant damage done by the pet.
Smoking of any substance inside the house will result in a $250 cleaning fee
No fires outside.
Quite hours outside the house are from 10pm to 8am. (keep all windows and doors during these times to contain sound) If this is violated by Guest(s).
Any violation of the House Rules may result in paying any fines to the city, or paying a $500.00 fee at guest expense, expulsion from the property and cancellation of the short term rental agreement without refund
Parties, events or pets are not allowed (Service dogs must have prior authorization, paperwork/ license required)
A person over 27 must be making the reservation.
If the Property has a Pool- You acknowledge there is no child protection fence around the swimming pool and you accept all responsibility for the safety of children.
If the Property has a Pool- Glass is not allowed on the patio or near the pool.
Reasonable care is taken to leave the house in the same condition you found it with regards to cleanliness, furniture placement and general household items and linens.
Upon departure all trash and food will be removed and the house secured by locking all doors and windows and gates.
Checkout is at 11:00am. To be respectful to our cleaning crew, If your group has not left the property by 11:01am, there will be an automatic $75 fine (immediate departure still required). To avoid this, if your group will require more time to depart please set up a late departure in advance. We hope you relax, sleep in a little more and enjoy the late checkout!
Windows/door left open will incur a $1000 fine.
Only small amounts of toilet paper down toilets. ABSOLUTELY **NO WIPES** TAMPONS OR ANYTHING other toilet paper. Doing so will result in a $1000 fine
