Great location!

The apartment was a good size, one block from Rambla des Pablenou, 10 minutes to beach! Nice little deck to sit outside.

We had a very enjoyable week in Barcelona and this apartment was superb. Close to the beach, metro station and shops, and in a peaceful neighbourhood that was a pleasure to come back to each day. Jordi was very helpful and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and authentic city location

This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. We were two adults and our 16 year old son and it was ideal for us. Good facilities and great communication from the hosts who were also really helpful. Area is authentic and its lovely walking down to the beach in the evenings past all the little shops and restaurants. Lots of locals so a bit less tourist focussed than other parts of the city which we prefer. Great holiday. Wonderful city

Amazing!!!

We had a amazing time here in Poblenou. Everything what you read and see on Homeaway is better in reality! The aerobus from the airport brings you straight to the heart of Barcelona where you can take the subway to the apartment. It is a great place for who wants to see more. The Subway, 'Llacuna' is very near of the apartment and you can go anywhere you want! Kathedral, La Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, Park Guel, Park Ciutadella, Arena, FCB Camp Nou and more and more... The apartment is in a quiet and beautiful area. It is also a nice place for people with children. In the house there are precautions taken for the safety of small children. There is a balcony with sliding door, you can close it so little children can't go outside. There are also safety latches on cabinets and drawers . The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean! I was surprised in all the things that was in the house. Spices for cooking, things for cleaning, . Also the beach, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and great restaurants are very near. The apartment is really a great place when you want to do and see a lot of things from Barcelona and the neighborhood! Playgrounds, soccer fields, beaches, places to skateboard, parks and sports facilities. About Jordi, he is really very kind. We get a warm welcome, and he gave us the feeling that his apartment is our apartment. He told us all we need to know and everything we need. Jordi is also near, so when you can't find something or need to ask something, Jordi is there. So to make it short: Poblenou beach is a great place for families and couples. For people who like to go to a disco and like to party should go closer to the center. Again, a great place, we had a great time! Jordi and Alicia, thanks you so much again!!

Le logement à poblenou est très bien situé, calme. Il nous a permis de découvrir Barcelone .

Très bien situé, proche de la plage et de la rambla de Poblenou pour dîner. On a pris le bus pour découvrir la belle ville de Poblenou. Alicia et Jordi sont des hôtes charmants, plein d'humour que nous avons eu plaisir à rencontrer.

Estancia súper agradable

El apartamento es ideal para un matrimonio con 1 hijo. Tiene todas las comodidades, está a 1 cuadra de una rambla, 1 cuadra de la estación de metro, mini supermercado a 10 metros, farmacia en la esquina, playa a 5 cuadras. Más no se puede pedir. Alicia -la anfitriona- muy servicial y gentil. Volvería al mismo lugar.

Gute Lage

Super Lage, Parkplatz in öffentlicher Tiefgarage (15 Tage-Tickett ist günstig), Sauberkeit der Wohnung nur mäßig, fehlende Sitzgelegenheiten außer einigen Hockern; die Lage in der Nähe der Rambla Poblenou und zum Strand ist der größte Vorzug der Ferienwohnung.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a great little apartment in an ideal location for what we wanted. The neighbourhood has lots of bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The Metro station is very close. You can get to the beach in about 15 mins walk and the supermarket which had everything you would need was just a couple of minutes away. The apartment itself is in a quiet block of apartments. Its very clean, tidy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to cook food, make coffee etc. Javier met us in the apartment and made us welcome, showed us where everything was. We would happily stay in this apartment again as we often come over for work but would also suit people on holiday.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten sogar früher als vereinbart in die Wohnung. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurant. Die Metro ist fussläufig entfernt. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es nur wenige Stationen. Wohnung sehr zentral in belebter Gegend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Excellent Apartment To See The City

This apartment was an excellent place for just what we needed to see Barcelona and catch a cruise. There is shopping nearby, as well as restaurants and many historical places. Our hosts Javier and Alicia were excellent and helped us check-in and carry our luggage, as well in assisting us checking out. The apartment is well furnished, very clean, and has anything you could possibly want or need. Alicia kept up with us on any questions we had which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement à tout ce dans on a besoin emplacement idéal très près de la plage, du métro de belles rues. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Lovely apartment in fantastic neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights here. It is a well equipped apartment which was great for our family of 4. We loved being an easy walk to the beach and enjoyed exploring local cafes and restaurants. It was very easy to use the metro to get to all the major attractions in the city.

Wonderful place by the beach!

We stayed at this appartment after a 3 week adventure between Spain and France. It could not have been a better place and area. What a fantastic neighborhood! Coffee shop window right around the corner, great fresh and unique burgers across the street, wok restaurant with fresh noodles two steps away, tons of other restaurant on La Rambla 2 blocks away leading you to the beach...surrounded with playgrounds for the kiddos....our 4 year old loved it. Alicia welcomed us in her property, shared some good tips, had some snacks and beverages waiting for us in the appartment. It was the perfect place to finish our vacation. We didn't want to leave! Thanks Alicia!

Super sweet apartment

We loved our stay in Barcelona. Jordi met us when we arrived (perfect timing) and my 9-year old thought he was an old friend of mine, that's how nice he is! The place is super clean with lots of amenities and everything you need. The metro is 2 blocks away and the neighborhood is very mellow, with everything you need close by. It is away from the very heavy tourist areas and is nice to come home to a more local/family neighborhood. Thanks Jordi, Alicia, and Alex. ¡¡Viva Barca!!
