Very nice house on one level, quiet and bright with a large living room, large terrace overlooking the garden and its central patio will allow you to spend pleasant moments, ideal for holidays with friends or family.

Between BĂ©ziers (10 minutes) and Narbonne (20min), this house is in the heart of the lively village three times a week by a market that offers local products.

The beaches are 20 minutes by car, many possibilities for walking, cycling or horse riding; Canal du Midi, the Clape massif, the lower plain of the Aude ... The region, endowed with a rich archaeological and cultural heritage, also offers a diverse fauna and flora for the lovers of nature.

Maison trÚs agréable

Grande maison, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs agrĂ©ble par temps de chaleur. Nous y avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances avec les grand-parents et les enfants. Accueil chaleureux avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Seul embĂȘtement Ă©tait le rideau de douche mal fixĂ©. Grand plus pour nos garçons: la table de ping-pong dans le sous-sol.

Großes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

GroßzĂŒgiges Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, gute Internetanbindung, wenn auch keine wirkliche Flatrate (nur nachteilig, wenn man viel - mehr als 50 GB - Datenvolumen benötigt). Die Ausstattung ist gut, alle wichtigen GerĂ€te (in diesem Sommer waren Ventilatoren sehr wichtig) sind vorhanden, zum Teil allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Dunstabzugshaube in der KĂŒche funktionierte nicht). Der TV-Empfang beschrĂ€nkt sich auf französische Sender, da DVB-T. Insgesamt haben wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Nissan ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort. Alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Man kann auf dem GrundstĂŒck mit 2 Autos parken, eine Steckdose zum Aufladen von Elektroautos (230V - keine Ladestation!) befindet sich in ausreichender NĂ€he zum Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr nett und auf Englisch per E-Mail problemlos möglich. Besonders positiv fiel auf, dass die Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen war. HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche waren im Haus vorhanden, Kissen ebenfalls in ausreichender Zahl. Die Doppelbetten waren auch fĂŒr Nicht-Franzosen ausreichend breit und bequem. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

belle et grande maison de famille tout confort

Nous avons passĂ© deux trĂšs bonnes semaines de vacances dans cette trĂšs grande maison oĂč chacun s est senti chez soi (2adultes et 3 ados). Elle est un bon point de dĂ©part pour rayonner vers de nombreux points d intĂ©rĂȘt (Carcassonne, Narbonne, BĂ©ziers, les plages des cabanes de Fleury, inoubliable abbaye de Fontfroide et mĂȘme randonnĂ©e jusqu'Ă  l abbaye de saint martin de canigou...). Barbecue Ă  disposition et table de Ping pong pour de super parties. Et surtout accĂšs wifi sans problĂšme pour nos grands! Seul bĂ©mol nous n avons pas profitĂ© du jardin car il faisait trop chaud (Ă  noter que la maison reste fraiche malgrĂ© la chaleur extĂ©rieure). La maison est dans le village et donc boulangerie, presse, poste, petit commerce et marchĂ© accessibles Ă  pied. Pour les grosses courses il y a un supermarchĂ© Casino Ă  10 minutes en voiture. Enfin la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes nos questions pour prĂ©parer notre sejour. Encore merci.

Great single-story house for family in southern country small town

We are a family of six (6) and this house was just what we needed with three separate bedrooms (for parents, two teenagers) and one shared space for the kids under 10. There were enough screens (and security bars) on the windows to feel comfortable opening them without getting bombarded by bugs or unwanted guests during the day and night. The town was lively, especially on Bastille Day and, and was interesting with great people and services. Grocery was nearby, along with various specialty shops and a few good restaurants, some of which were open all day and you could eat without reservations. Beaches were within 30 minutes, old windmills (one in working condition) were within 10 minutes, Beziers was within 25 minutes and Carcassonne within an hour. Things that could be improved include: that the beds were a bit hard - could be addressed with a pillow-top to soften; more information on local resources for visitors (best & closest grocery, pastry shops, meat shops, etc.) in the booklet they had on site. Overall it was a great experience.
