Stellar location, unique private home is a slice of style through design & functionality. It's central location with spacious views is nestled above the historical Village of Vista. " Conveniently located to N. San Diego counties are wedding venues, restaurants, breweries & shops.
Families are welcome to our sunny California beaches (7 miles) or "Legoland" the World Famous "San Diego Zoo Safari Park" and the Del Mar Fair Grounds just to name a few.
Relax and watch the amazing sunsets under a large covered veranda, outdoor fire-tables and lots of comfortable seating. A large gas barbeque with outdoor dining area to soak in the views. Children over 7 years old fit the space. See house rules regarding toddlers for more information.

For the Wedding Party Guests ~ Four bedrooms, two living rooms, indoor & outdoor seating, single level interior has easy access and parking for all ages.

I welcome those of you that appreciate architecture & design or just want a seriously cool place to stay. This Hollywood Hills type home was designed by Joseph Eichler in 60s with his signature industrial chic style. I hope you create wonderful memories with your family & friends.

Why they chose this property

Stepping inside a Classic Home is a bit like stepping back in time. From the 30' blue light scone lighting in the living room, 20' half circle sectional sofa, hardwood floors and teak wood built-ins nothing here is cookie cutter.
Packed with history, unique characteristics throughout. It's fun, quirky, charming & ridiculously cool.
There is plenty to love about the home, the neighborhood, sunsets, weather and let's not forget a stone's throw from the historical downtown area and it's brewery gastropub scene, yet minutes to the beach.
Take the "Coaster" and view the California stunning coastline.

The only vacation rental 1/2 acre private hilltop home in the downtown Historical district. Walking distance to all... yet extremely private. Close to public transportation, centrally located, extremely private, with lots of private parking.
