Welcome to our charming Oceanside home.
We are conveniently located a 12 minute drive to Legoland and the beach.
4 BR, 2 BA home with a private pool. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Please ask us if you have more than 8 guests.

Our home features:
- Private swimming pool with in-ground hot tub.
- BBQ in the backyard and a small portable fire pit.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for making your family meals.
- Foosball table, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, board games, and kids toys etc.
- Large screen TVs with Roku (Peacock channel).
- We have baby items such as strollers, wagon, swings, eating chairs, Pack 'N Play, safety gate, etc.
- Going to the beach? Boogie boards, wagon, chairs, beach toys, beach towels, coolers are available.

It is our goals to provide an excellent service to each and every guest. Please let us know if there is anything we can help to make your stay enjoyable. We also have our own house rules. Please make sure you are comfortable with these rules before booking.

* Guests need to keep the outside noise to the minimum between 9:30PM-8AM. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or EVENTS allowed. No exception. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

* We are a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted. Security deposit will be charged for removing any smoke odor.

* Obviously, no lifeguard on duty. The swimming pool depth varies from about 4 to 9ft. Swimming pools can be very dangerous for toddlers, children or anyone who can't swim. Please supervise the children and play safely. The swimming pool has a safety fence. The gate is opened by pulling the little knob on top of the gate straight up, then pull the gate toward you. Use the provided safety vests and please keep the gate locked at all times. No running, diving, flipping. No glass allowed near the pool.

* Our weekly pool cleanings are scheduled on Thursday around 4pm and early Sunday morning. The pool guy will quietly enter the pool area through the side gate on his own and work on the pool for 15 minutes. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

* The hot tub heating is free. The big pool heating is optional, and it has an extra fee. Most of the year, guests can enjoy the swimming pool without the need to heat the pool. During the wintertime, if you would like to heat the big pool, there is an extra heating fee of $100 for the first day and $60 per subsequent day to heat the big pool water to 85F degrees.

* The 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month are street cleaning day. Please do not park on the street on these days from 10am to 2pm to avoid getting a ticket. There are signs on the street as well.

CHECKOUT RULES:
* Please wash the dishes.
* Please put back the pool toys, floaties, and outdoor chairs to their place.
* If you can, please help us start a load of towels washing before you leave.
* Don't forget to sign out of your Netflix, Roku etc.

By accepting and making reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and agree to abide by the House Rules.

* You acknowledge that you understand the risk, and assume all responsibility for staying in a property with a swimming pool. You are assuming full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death caused by the swimming pool, that may occur to you or anyone in your group during your stay.
