About this property
Spacious mountainside retreat - Fireplaces, New kitchen, Great for groups
Large, three bedroom ski house with plenty of room for the whole family located in the heart of Magic Circle in Londonderry, VT. The house is perfect for large groups with or without kids. We are a short walk to Magic Mtn., restaurants nearby. We're also a ~15 minute drive to Stratton, Bromley and Okemo mountains. We have great amenities including a new smart TV, Wi-Fi, security systems and a new hot water system so you will absolutely have hot showers after a long day on the mountain.
You can access the entire home. There are two living / TV areas, a dining room, eat in kitchen, kitchen nook and two fireplaces downstairs to enjoy! Wood is provided.
Magic Mountain itself is on the up and up! It is under new management, and there is a new snow blowing system, new lift, an updated bar and restaurant. Tons of activities to do other than skiing in the area including hiking around Lowell Lake, Westin to visit the Vermont Country Store, shopping in Manchester, Stratton Mountain Village and more.

Weston Priory and Ball Mountain Dam are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bromley Alpine Slide and Vermont Museum of Mining and Minerals. We just bought this great home in Vermont in Spring of 2018. I (carly) has been coming to Magic Mountain and the surrounding area with my family my entire life and it is a second home to me. Magic Mountain, Stratton, Bromley and Okemo all offer great skiing and adventure. The surrounding area has plenty to do all year long.
Why they chose this property
The home is large but comfortable. There are two functioning fireplaces, and different spaces to relax and unwind. You can host large dinners in our dining room and kitchen area as well! Plenty of parking for large groups, and logistically it is very easy to get to the mountain!
What makes this property unique
While we have beds and couches available for sleeping, there is plenty of room to bring air mattresses for additional people to sleep.
