Twin Creeks Village is a golf cart friendly community with a private golf cart path to the marina parking lot if you would like to use our golf cart. Drivers must have a valid drivers license. The community also offers a small putting green, 3 pools, clubhouse, and outdoor lounging area poolside for the ultimate vacation experience.
Minutes from quaint downtown Winchester, and many other local attractions. Come visit Tim's Ford Lake, nearby Jack Daniels and enjoy relaxing with loved ones. For those wishing to explore, Monteagle Mountain and Sewanee: The University of the South are a short drive away.
This 4 bedroom home has 3 bedroom suites and one large bonus room with 5 twin beds adjacent to a large, full hallway bathroom.
Downstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and soaking tub.
Upstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and soaking tub. Access to upper deck.
Upstairs bedroom 3 suite- queen bed with private bathroom, shower. Access to upper deck.
Upstairs bonus room- 5 twin beds with an XL bathroom in the hall, bathtub shower.
Downstairs sitting room has a futon sofa for extra accommodations for 1 teen or 2 small children, next to a full guest bathroom, with bathtub shower.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen while entertaining guests in the large open floor plan home. Easy Peasy includes Wifi, and 5 large screen televisions with access to DirecTv app, and many more apps as all the TVs in the bedrooms and living room are Roku Smart TVs. Other amenities include garage and driveway parking, overflow and trailer parking at the boat ramp area, washer and dryer, outdoor charcoal grill on the back porch, and firepit.
