Time can be spent hiking in the mountains, touring Sewanee or Jack Daniels/ George Dickel, boating at Tims Ford Lake, floating the Elk River, or just relaxing at this oh so quaint destination. The location is also convenient for concerting at The Caverns. We could go on and on for options for exercise and entertainment. Don't miss out on a chance to feel pampered and relaxed by this cozy cottage. Walk to Twin Creeks via a hidden shortcut. TFL launch ramp & Twin Creeks < 1/4 mile. Little country getaway

Everything about this house is perfection

Great location to Tim’s Ford Lake. The house is so cute with everything we needed for a long weekend at the lake! The house is very well kept and stocked with all the necessities plus some!

Amazing group stay in Winchester!

This property was amazing for us! It's charming and cute and had plenty of space for our group - 1 king bed, a full bunk bed, and 2 twins, along with a great couch. Also, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved our stay! It was safe and clean - such a sweet little getaway, and close to everything in Winchester.

HGTV worthy decor, perfect location

Amy’s place was ideal for our trip. We were so impressed with the decor, so charming and comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans of kayaking, hiking and enjoying the charming downtown area. 5 minutes to all of that plus 20 minutes to multiple other great hikes and adventures. Amy was also kind and helpful. We’re already planning a return trip.

Family trip

Rented this lovely house during a trip to visit family in Winchester. The house decor was very modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy and with comfy beds. Coffee and snacks we're provided. As a note there is only one bathroom so depending on your group, we had a couple of teenagers :) you may want to keep this in mind. Timford lake is a beautiful lake. Also for great coffee and breakfast Walnut Hill Coffee shop in downtown Winchester is great. We will definately stay here in the future.

Awesome retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable home! Amy has thought of every little detail. Her decorating is spot on and is so trendy! The house has been thoughtfully renovated and updated. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had everything we needed. Don’t sleep on this home in the heart of Winchester! It is close to everything- the lake especially! We loved going to the square for dinner and shopping. Amy was incredibly easy to work with and readily available if needed. We will definitely be staying here again.
