Edward was very accommodating and quick to provide help with anything needed during our stay. He helped make sure we had cribs and high chairs for our babies, and a pack n play for our toddler, which was so helpful and appreciated. Beautiful villa with incredible views!

The house was beautiful! So clean with breathtaking views of the ocean. We snorkeled right out back & enjoyed our own private pool. The sunsets were amazing. It is in a quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba! We wanted the location away from all the hotels and resorts and the villa had great location for us. We loved snorkeling right on our own beach! We spent a lot of time in the lounge chairs in the white sand out the back patio! We had no problems at all with the home and were super happy with our stay! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions and anything that came up before and during our stay. We had ten people staying in 6 bedrooms. The home has great space for a lot of people. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach, and we used the grill for a few dinners that we ate at the house. It is in a quiet area and just a 15-20 minute drive to the busier parts and more restaurants. We would definitely come back. The photos truly reflect what the property looks like.

The location of this house is beautiful, and the waterfront view was definitely the highlight of the stay. Waking up and looking out over the water was really nice and made for a relaxing atmosphere.Unfortunately, the experience had several major problems. The house had no internet for the entire stay, which was very inconvenient. We contacted the host about it, but no one ever came to fix the issue.Another problem was the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, water would leak out and run under the bathroom door into the rest of the area. This made a big mess and clearly needs to be repaired.Overall, while the view was great, the lack of internet and the bathroom issue made the stay much less comfortable than expected. Hopefully these problems get addressed for future guests.

Thank you for the feedback and I’m glad you enjoyed the waterfront view waking up to the ocean there really is the best part of the villa. Regarding the internet, unfortunately the outage was caused by a street-level cable issue, which was completely outside of my control. Since your stay was only over the weekend, it made things a bit tricky because the cable company doesn’t send technicians on weekends. The service was restored shortly after. As for the shower situation the mystery solution was actually quite simple: just point the shower head toward the middle of the shower instead of the door. Gravity and water tend to cooperate much better that way 😄 Hopefully next time both the internet cables and the shower head are fully on our side.

This was the perfect location to stay for our vacation. Close proximity to everything but not in the heart of the touristy area. So tranquil and the home is as described and pictured. Edward and Ton were amazing!

PROS: Everything! House was clean, the house itself with the water behind you was wonderful. This was a perfect house for my family. The lock on the door was a bit confusing upon arrival, but the owner was responsive and sent someone over immediately. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Another Great Stay!

We spent four wonderful nights in Building #3. Last year we were in #1. Both units were more than advertised and the location is fabulous. The view of the ocean from our suite and pool were breathtaking. Well maintained and a very quiet neighborhood. We'll see you next year!

Celebrated my birthday in Aruba with family and friends. This villa was everything that it appeared to be online. Note that this is in a residential area and not where the main tourist area is located…but I value that. We had a great time and plan to book this villa when we come back. Definitely recommend.

The property is as advertised. Right on the ocean, 6 big rooms with baths. Quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby. Edward and Ton are incredibly helpful. I will definitely go back on our next Aruba vacation. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and the restaurants in the resort sector are a 20/25-minute drive and they accept reservations.

Wonderful Family Time in Aruba!

The Villa is just how it looks in the pictures! Very clean and had everything we needed. It is on the quiet side of the island so it is very relaxing.. Some local grocery stores, a few great restaurants, food trucks and a great coffee shop all nearby. Edward was on top of all our needs whenever we had questions. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great family vacation

The house was beautiful, the view was incredible! We were able to snorkel 15 ft from the house and there was lots of sea life. The house is a bit off the beaten path but the experience was well worth it. There were a couple of glitches but Edward, Antonius and Chantal we're very quick to fix everything. If you like peace and quiet and a million dollar view come here we sopped buy the ritz and boy said wow we we're absolutely right on picking our place It's a 20 minute drive to the main stuff but if you want to snorkel walk out side absolutely beautiful they have a van that we used the entire time the staff was great the message was Awsome The pool clean if going with a group we had 6 and had lots of room
