Wonderful holiday

A very beautiful house in a holiday complex. The view of the bay from the terraces is uniquely beautiful. We felt like kings in this wonderful setting. We all agree that we will come back to this wonderful place.

Fantastic time

We had a fantastic time in Maria’s house. The location is great and super close to our favorite beach, the views are amazing. Maria was very helpful and always available if we needed something. We will definitely come back!

Sunsets, sunsets, sunsets

What a great and very unique property overlooking the sea. The layout of the apartment is interesting, with every room on a split level, and lots of outdoor space. The vista out to the sea is amazing and when the sun shines there is no better place to be, with a cold drink. And with the sun setting right there every day, it’s truly worth every penny.

perfect house with beautiful sunset within 10 min to the beach

the perfect house with 4 balcons with beautiful seaview. 10 min walking to cala tarida beach. In the house you have airco and a nice kitchen and bathroom. In cala tarida you have one supermarket 20 min walking from the house. Cala tarida perfect place to be in ibiza.

nice location; family fitting; commendable

- missing zentral heating in the living room and kitchen - missing a small welcome package (1l water, some fruits etc.) - unfortunately the villa was not actually cleaned (very dusty; dirty dishes in the dishwasher) - missing warm blankets in the winter time - insufficient prepared sleeping places

Andreas did a last minute request on New Years'eve 31st December and he negotiated a very low price . The house was on winter renovations but we accepted the booking . It is a summer beach house and we provided many blankets and each bedroom has A.C which works as heating also The living room has a heater but obviously not the kitchen. Andreas and his family added an extra guest after arrival without informing . We provided all beds and linen for the number of requested guests . We facilitated all the necessary . There was a lack of Communication on his side, but I am sured they enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets ! and the great location and the great negotiated price

Totalmente Fantástico!

A beautiful home overlooking Cala Tarida with amazing sunsets from every balcony. Thank you for sharing it with us Maria. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! Only 5 mins to the beach with crystal clear water and four seafront restaurants to choose from. Many more cafes and restaurants within walking distance so car not essential. This west cost location has everything you need.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The property is over several levels, as there were only 4 of us we just used the two upstairs bedrooms, and didn’t really use the ground floor at all where there was a bed with pull out underneath and a small sofa and TV area and a small utility area too. The lounge/dining area was very comfortable with a lovely terrace with a table and chairs where we would sit outside at night and watch the sun set. The view from the balcony in the master bedroom was also fantastic. Cala Tarida beach was just a short walk from the property. It is a beautiful beach with several beach bars and restaurants. We hired a car whilst we were there which I would recommend for seeing the rest of the island. Ibiza old town is well worth a visit. Maria was very helpful during our stay and we were able to access the property early and when we requested additional towels these were provided the next morning. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Lovely townhouse, spread out over 4 floors. Superb west facing sea views, beautiful sunsets. Very close to a lovely small cove for swimming, and just a 3 minute walk to the great Cala Tarida beach. We were 2 families, 8 in total. Well managed by Barbara......thanks very much x

spacious beach house with fabulous views

Newly refurbished spacious property with fantastic sea/sunset views. Great location and walking distance of Cala Tarida beach with bars and restaurants including the Cotton Club. Also, the AquaBus stop which has daily trips to nearby beaches - Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo etc and the beautiful island of Formentera (29 euro return) I'd recommend hiring a car and exploring the local area. Saint Jose is a 10 min drive away and had two good supermarkets and the Passion Café which is great for Brunch. Many other places are a short drive - Sunset Ashram 10mins. San Antonio 20mins. KM5, Blue Marlin/Tropicana 15 mins. Airport 20mins. Salinas Beach (Experimental, Malibu, Beso Beach, SaTrinxa etc) 20 mins. Ibiza Town 30 mins Banirras beach was the furthest north we travelled and it was a 50 min drive through the mountains and definitely worth it. Maria and her husband were perfect hosts and we hope to return to this property.
