nice villa with some blemishes

- nice villa in a good location and quiet neighborhood - Some blemishes that could be easily fixed (broken doors, ...) - sound system wasn´t available - the kitchen is a bit small for 12 people - Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Prachtig huis met mooie tuin en zwembad en gezellige zithoek buiten

Dit huis is niet geschikt voor 12 volwassenen, er zijn 5 prima slaapkamers, maar de zesde slaapkamer is heel klein met een stapelbed, tevens is er geen eettafel voor 12 personen. De zithoek buiten is heel leuk en gezellig en daar hebben we meestal gegeten.

Avoid. Pool filthy and over rated!

Sadly this villa is purely a rental one, not a home! It is evident that many parties happen here. Taps falling off, sun loungers falling apart, basic pine beds, pool filthy, super basic, all around, with a militant check in procedure so be sure to check the villa before signing. Sadly all the children got ear infections from the filthy pool, and it became unusable. We know Ibiza well, and this villa is honestly super basic and geared up for hen and stag parties only. It needs some serious TLC and investment to bring it up to what you assume you are paying for.

Dear Matt, Thank you for your review. I understand your client were not happy with the villa as they wanted to stay longer time in the villa paying less price as the client's kid got ear infection (fact that is not proven happen because our swimming pool. As a mother of two small kids I can assure that ear infection is a recurrent problem for my kids and many kids during the summer). As this, it was not accepted your guest sent me a personal e-mail telling me that if I not accept that they will write a bad review for our villa. Unfortunately, there is still people in the world that just want to hurt another people business for money. Really sad.

Amazing villa. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a friends hen doo. Communication prior to the booking was stress free. Rosa the villa manager was very kind to drive us to the nearest supermarket and back so we could get supplies on the first day. I would recommend a hire car as there isn’t a large supermarket within walking distance. The villa was more than we expected.

Beautiful property in great location

The layout of this villa was perfect for our large party. Plenty of room for everyone and lovely chill out spaces. lots of towels, which is always good! The Sonos sound system in all the different areas was fantastic for really setting the Ibiza vibe.

We are a young couple with a 3 years old children. We love to travel and specially Bali. We have builded and decorated this house with a Bali Style to enjoy our self.

Why they chose this property

This property has everything close, beach, bar, shops, etc however due the location you can be on peace and do not hear any noise as it is located in a end road and very calm street.
Also the house it self has different space to enjoy, private terrace in the master bedroom, top terrace to sea the sunset and the BBQ terrace to enjoy of a nice dinner.
