GITE in peace on the edge of the golf course and 10 minutes from the sea for 15 people

Detached house located on a plot of 1000 m² enclosed by a fence on 3 sides and a hedge on the 4th side.
It is located in the Hameau de Veauville, part of Saint Riquier-es-plains, on the edge of the Golf. The windows of an upstairs bedroom offer a panoramic view of part of the golf course.

A large part of the land can be used for parking to facilitate vehicle access

The ground floor includes:
- a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster
- a dining room with two modular tables that can accommodate more than 20 people
- a living room
- 2 bathrooms each with a shower and a sink
- an independent toilet
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeping 2 people downstairs and 1 person upstairs), a single bed and a cot. Possibility of adding a second folding baby bed (not supplied).

The floor is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms with a bunk bed (sleeping 2 people below and 1 person above) and a single bed in each of the bedrooms
- 1 separate toilet with hand basin

- 1 baby high chair on request
- 1 garden furniture

Optional :
- 2 event tents of 3x3m which can be assembled and partially or completely closed
Price: 25 euros per tent


Service:
Depending on the number of people and affinities, you indicate, when booking, the different beds used.
When you arrive, the beds will be made.
