Een heerlijk groot huis met voldoende ruimte en een prachtige tuin. Alleen met als groot nadeel dat het een heel donker en koud huis is. Hartje zomer is het binnen nog steenkoud zodat we meerdere malen de verwarming aan moesten maken en overdag moet je eigenlijk steeds de ramen open zetten om wat licht binnen te krijgen. Helaas moeten al vroeg in de namiddag de lampen aan omdat je anders geen hand voor ogen ziet. Gelukkig hadden we lange broeken en vesten bij ons want die heb je daar in de avond echt nodig. En de matrassen van de 1 persoons bedden laten te wensen na. Dit hebben we ook reeds aangegeven bij Catherine. Daar staat tegenover dat het huis beschikt over een machtig grote tuin met voldoende tuin meubilair om heerlijk buiten te recreëren. Het huis is gelegen in een afgelegen bosrijke buurt met soortgelijke huizen in de omgeving. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Catherine en Benoît en hebben duidelijke tekst en uitleg gekregen. Het huis is goed ingericht met voldoende apparatuur en keukenbenodigdheden. Alleen een magnetron is de grote afwezige. Alle kamers zijn ruim opgezet en er is nergens gebrek aan. Wellicht voor herhaling vatbaar, de tuin maakt wat ons betreft heel veel goed.

Au calme dans la forêt

Nous avons passé en excellent séjour dans cette maison ancienne et typique de Normandie. Un tres bel endroit au calme dans la forêts non loin de la mer et des commerces. La meteo nous a gâté nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors. Belle prestation conforme a la description. Bonne accueil

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir hatten gehofft, dass wir eine schöne Mischung aus kulturellen Aktivitäten und Strandausflügen haben könnten und natürlich auch die Normandie und ihre Menschen ein wenig kennenlernen. Selten werden alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Doch für uns dieses Mal schon: ein toller Urlaub mit vielen bleibenden Erinnerungen. Sicherlich auch für unsere Kinder. Ihr Haus mit den klassischen architektonischen Stilelementen der historischen Häuser der Normandie hat sich für uns sehr stimmig und hierzu passend angefühlt, weshalb wir auch keinerlei Kleinigkeiten, die manch anderer womöglich entdecken könnte, gerade auch wegen dem Haus quasi als seelenhaftem Gesamtkunstwerk gar nicht als solche wahrgenommen haben. Wir werden bestimmt in Erwägung ziehen, noch einmal in die Normandie zu reisen. So gut hat es uns gefallen!

Superbe decouverte

Je ne connaissais pas cette partie de la Normandie. Sainte Marguerite sur mer est tout simplement un petit coin de paradis, calme, proche de la mer, proche de Varengeville, Quiberville et Pourville sur mer. La maison a son charme, le jardin hyper bien ensoleillé.

Jardin agreable et jolie maison normande

La maison très jolie a été "cossue" avec tous ses murs couverts de boiseries mais n'est pas adaptée à la vie quotidienne d'aujourd'hui. L'unique salle de bain équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire ne dispose ni de douchette, ni de mitigeur. Inadaptée avec des enfants en bas âges. Mais le gros point négatif de cette maison, hormis qu'elle soit très sombre c'est l'absence d'entretien. Nous avons réglé 70 euros pour le ménage alors que la maison était poussiéreuse, sale, le ménage n'y a pas été fait depuis très très longtemps. La maison n'avait même pas été aérée avant notre arrivée et sentait fortement le renfermé. Désolée d'émettre un avis aussi défavorable sur cette jolie maison et son charmant jardin. Je mériterai d'être remboursée des frais de ménage

Erholsame Zeit

Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie in diesem sehr angenehmen gelegenen Haus. Es ist, dem Stil der Bauzeit und der Holzvertäfelung geschuldet, etwas dunkel, doch Haus und Grundstück sind eine sehr angenehme Einheit. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

La splendide Normandie

Demeure avec du cachet bien située, tarif raisonnable (hors frais de ménage), mais... intérieur sombre et très humide (odeur prégnante). L’électricité est payante pour ceux auraient l'idée d’allumer les grilles pains électriques (chauffage) afin d’assainir l'air pesant, d'une lourdeur peu commune. L'ensemble des bagages sera à désodoriser à la suite du séjour. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur (pourtant méritant) envahi de frelons asiatiques (!) et guêpes. A noter pour les dépendants aux technologies, couverture du réseau mobile médiocre et pas de WIFI dans la maison. En résumé, la demeure est idéalement située, son potentiel est indéniable, mais elle ne peut pas convenir à tout le monde.

Ein schöner, gelungener Aufenthalt

Das Haus war zwecksmässig eingerichtet, sehr schön urig gehalten, alles notwendige vor Ort. Der Garten super schön, die Gegend auch. Lediglich eine Telefon/Internet Verbindung hat gefehlt. Ansonsten alles einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

Belle propriété, idéale pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans votre maison. Les petits ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer dans les bambous. Les parties de cache cache ont été mémorables et en toute sécurité puisque que la propriété est entièrement clôturée. La maison est très confortable même si nous avons plus vécu dehors du fait d'un beau temps exceptionnel cette semaine. La communication avec vous a été très agréable ainsi que l'accueil par Mme Reine que je remercie par la présente.

a woodland hideaway

set in a large garden on the edge of woodlands on a very quiet cul-de-sac this is a beautiful little house in traditional style - makes for a wonderful break

Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr schön gelegen.

Dieses gepflegte Ferienhaus ist zwischen dem Strand in Quebergeville und Arrengeville gelegen. Man kann schöne Ziele in der näheren Umgebung zu Fuß erreichen. Leider ist kein W-Lan vorhanden, daher sollte man die Planung von Ausflügen bereits vorher im Internet vornehmen. Besonders haben uns die herrlich blühenden Hortensien und die vorzügliche Patisserie in Arrengeville gefallen.

Vacances au calme

nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette maison ambiance cosy, pleine de charme avec un grand parc arboré. le quartier est très calme, reposant, et pourtant proche de tout. on peut aller à pied à la plage, au centre de Quiberville avec petits restau et commerces. nous avons pleinement profité des randos sur les chemins côtiers dominant les falaises, c'est magnifique!!! nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet endroit idyllique!

3 nuits à Ste Marguerite sur mer

La communication a été facile avec la propriétaire et l’accueil de Mme Reine a été très agréable. La maison est située dans les bois dans un joli coin résidentiel dans un bel environnement proche de la mer et des beaux jardins de Varengeville-sur-Mer. La maison, loin des locations standards est toute lambrissée et décorée avec goût. C’est un petit havre de paix.

Petite parenthèse au coin du feu

Magnifique maison, bien équipée et chaleureuse. Environ très charmant, avec la possibilité de faire des promenades en foret et bord de mer. Seul bémol, le ménage nous a été facturé en sus pour deux nuits à 40 euros (sinon notre chèque de caution ne nous était pas rendu), alors que nous avions briqué la maison et tout nettoyé derrière nous (ce que les propriétaires n'ont pas pu constaté puisqu'ils délèguent arrivée et départ à une tierse personne). Mais sinon, très chouette séjour dans cette jolie maison.

Schönes Haus in Top-Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Einziges Manko: die Feuchtigkeit. Da wir aber im Sommer dort waren und wir die ganze Zeit lüften konnten war das kein Problem.
