More than a beautiful dream

The villa exceeded our expectations and staff welcomed us and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this to any traveler to Tulum. Well appointed, beautiful home with imaginative architectural detail and a great private pool. This property is beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in photos, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. It was safe and quiet and a quick walk to the center of all the Mayan Riviera has to offer. We loved our stay!

The property and its location were ideal and Snow and Chabely were incredibly responsive. The house was spotless when we arrived and the housekeepers were incredibly thorough. I would recommend to anyone considering a trip to Tulum.

Beautiful property with extraordinary service

Our time at the Zorba property was perfection. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our group of 6. It was so nice to be steps away from the pool and oceanfront. The hospitality was great, the concierge was quick to respond and help coordinate adventures even when given short notice. The location in tulum is at the lower end but still close enough to all the restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying there again and want to go back.

I first visited Tulum 18 years ago and fell in love instantly! The stunning beach and turquoise water combined with excellent restaurants, boutiques, and music all within walking distance.
I love the art, community, simplicity and overall welcoming feel of the area. It is the ultimate place to explore.

The Villa is on our Zorba Tulum property with a great location to explore the most desirable part of Tulum on foot. The property is a collection of private full service hotel style villas with a great staff to assist with every detail. The property is gated from the road and open to the coveted private beachfront and Caribbean Sea.

This Villa is perfect for those looking for extra comfort and space and the convenience of a kitchen on the beach. Ideal for families and for small groups. Kids are welcome at the property and daily housekeeping is included in the rate so everyone can be on holiday.
There is also a small guests only breakfast + taco bar to grab items a la carte to enjoy by the sea or in the privacy of your villa.
