• Our villa is located in the gated community of Tankah Bay, just 10 minutes north of Tulum town. This tranquil and exclusive location offers the perfect balance for guests seeking proximity to Tulum’s vibrant energy while enjoying a private slice of paradise.

• Our full-time chefs are here to enhance your stay—whether it’s pre-stocking the fridge with your favorite snacks, sourcing groceries, or preparing tailored meals. The location is ideal for exploring the Tulum area, offering easy access to the marina for yacht trips, the country club for golfing, and some of the region’s most popular cenotes for daytime adventures.
