Large new chalet facing south with all mod cons, sauna, terrace, wifi

This new comfortable chalet, facing south, with a surface of 135m² (completion of works in September 2016), classified 4 stars and 4 ears of corn at the Gîtes de France, located in the heart of the village of Xonrupt near the main shops (bakery , caterer, tobacco shop, pharmacy ...) can accommodate 9 to 10 people.
The very comfortable facilities (sauna, wifi, large south-facing terrace, etc.) will allow you to spend a very pleasant stay near Lake Longemer (classified site). An independent garden is at your disposal.
Located 1 km from the Lac de Longemer, accessible by the cycle path, you can then take advantage of a relaxation area for swimming, pedal boating ... but also many hikes or mountain biking.
Equidistant (10 min) from the Gérardmer and La Bresse ski resorts, you can indulge in the pleasures of alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
A deposit of 500 € will be requested on your arrival and reimbursed at the end of the stay or within 10 days maximum after inventory of departure blank.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus; sehr freundlicher Kontakt

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Très beau chalet !

Le chalet est neuf et très propre. Les pièces sont très spacieuses et bien aménagées. Hélène nous a très bien accueilli et nous a précisé toutes les informations nécessaires afin que nous passions un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement ce chalet !

Schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage für Mountainbiketouren

Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral in Xonrupt (3 Minuten zum Bäcker) ist aber absolut ruhig. Es ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, für tolle Mountainbike-Touren direkt vom Ferienhaus aus. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine perfekte Woche.

Chalet confortable et bien équipé, situé dans une zone pavillonnaire (ceci n’est pas mentionné clairement dans l’annonce) calme . Les prestations linge de lit et ménage sont proposés à des taris prohibitifs.

Un séjour très agréable

Chalet récent, propre, chaleureux. Maison soignée, bien pensé. Malgré les températures très basse à l'extérieur un confort irréprochable à l'intérieur avec chauffage au sol et pellets. Une cuisine super bien équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un grand espace dans la pièce à vivre. Des chambres joliment décorées et spacieuses. Un sauna hyper agréable le soir en rentrant des marchés de noël. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et sympathique. Rien à critiquer. A refaire sans aucun doute.

Chalet très agréable et spacieux. Au calme et à proximité de petits commerces (pharmacie, boulangerie). Très bien équipé également (lit bébé, sauna, enceinte pour musique,...).
