This cozy 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a gas fireplace to make the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features nice granite counters as well as stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to whip up great mountain meals and snacks. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Ski trip

The location was excellent. Only few minutes walk to ski lift and short walking from Main street with all the shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious specially for 2 of us.
