This was one of the nicest and best-stocked condos we've ever rented, and we have rented many. Access the Peak 9 base lifts and Main Street is terrific. Recommend highly.

Can’t say enough good things about our accommodations or host!! Location felt secluded with the trees and creek right out the balcony, but you were seconds from the slopes. Have never been to a location that was as thoroughly stocked as this one. Host was quick and friendly to respond! Perfect for those wanting to hit the slopes or shops!!
The little touches that made everything perfect!

This condo was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully furnished and festively decorated. It created such a lovely atmosphere and my family truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfectly located towards the end of town which makes it convenient to walk down main street and check out the shops and the dining options. The pool and game room were great to check out during the evening, and the reserved parking spot was incredibly convenient, especially since parking can be a challenge. Jackie was very hospitable and made sure everything was going well. We appreciated the activity and dining recommendations as well! I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely reach out for our next visit to Breckenridge.

Beautiful place to stay. Full kitchen was great for cooking, and large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Ammenities of the pool, workout area, movie theatre and game room were wonderful to have for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

Place was fantastic, and impossible to have a better location. Lift is a very short walk, as are restaurants, barts, and ski rentals. The owner was super responsive. I’ll be back again next year, and would recommend this amazing place to anyone!

We had a terrific long weekend at this condo. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated, extremely clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Great location to access Main Street and ski areas. We will definitely stay here again!

We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 19 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat "The Gathering Pointe" . . .a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Why they chose this property

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! in 2014 we bought our 1st investment rental property a 3 bedroom /3.5 bath in Breckenridge and loved it so much that we decided to purchase our 2nd property which is this 2bedroom/2.5 bath in the same great location and building! This property has it all with its ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

Walk to everything - makes a huge difference! A condo that is literally a snowball's throw to the slopes and adjacent to the ski school - it doesn't get much better then this! Perfect for Families - we are very well equipped in the kitchen & throughout
