Large family home in the center of the Dordogne department

House with 7 main rooms with a front garden and a garden terrace with swimming pool behind the house. It is located in a village where all amenities are located (small pharmacy shops supermarket medical center). The bedrooms are ètage. There are shutters on all openings .This house is my primary residence. So you'll find all appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes of all kinds. There are 2 televisions, wifi. The pool 4x10 with steps and a diving area. It is protected by an alarm You will find at the back of the house a large verenda which opens on the terrace of the swimming pool. You can enjoy table chairs sun loungers umbrella barbecu. . .(A person is responsible for changing the robot in the pool) I can make available a cot, a baby chair, a sun lounger. .the beds: 160. 140. 120. 90. Very good mattresses. Duvets and pillows. On arrival the beds are made of linen provided free of charge. You will find a house sheet and spare pillowcases as well as a shower sheet per person. Towels and protections for the tables.

The house is very comfortable and clean with a new kitchen and very good oven. The pool was lovely and the perfect place to relax and cool off, and a good size too. The road at the front was a bit noisy for us since we live somewhere very quiet. It was very hot while we were there (always over 30 degrees, often around 38 and a couple of days were 40 degrees) so it would have been good to have fans for the bedrooms and also some sort of net at the window to prevent mosquitoes getting in, since they were pretty viscous! The beds were nice and comfy. It’s a short walk to the intermaché which was useful and about a half hours drive to Les Eyzies, Lascaux IV, Bergerac and various chateaux etc.

De vriendelijke eigenaren ontvingen ons en we kregen een rondleiding door het huis en de tuin. Mooi huis en mooie tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Vier slaapkamers in het huis en een ruime badkamer. Alles wat je maar zou kunnen wensen was er. Fijn contact met de eigenaren als er iets was. Dat werd snel opgelost. Rustige omgeving in het dorp met verschillende bakkers en supermarkt op loopafstand. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Maison optimale pour un bel été

Grande maison très propre et confortable avec tout l’équipement qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est super agréable, la maison reste fraîche lors des grosses chaleurs, un Intermarché est situé juste à coté pour les courses. La propriétaire est adorable et disponible. Nous avons même eu le droit à un petit cadeau pour notre bébé à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement.

Les enfants et moi avons réellement été conquis par cette superbe maison tout confort. Les chambres sont grandes et décorées avec goût et les pièces à vivre sont super agréables. Sans oublier la cuisine ou l'on trouve tout ce dont on peut rêver. Et évidemment, le top du top, la superbe piscine ! Niveau emplacement, nombreuses possibilités de visites et tout ce qu'il faut de commerces. Bref, des vacances au top ! Ce n'est qu'un au revoir madame Lascombes 😉

Maison très spacieuse et qui reste fraîche pendant les grosses chaleurs. Piscine et terrasses agréables. Le village est à quelques pas avec tous ses commerces. C’est agréable de ne pas déplacer sa voiture pour quelques courses...

Un lieu idéal pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Aucun vis à vis, grande piscine, maison fonctionnelle et si agréable à vivre (on y trouve absolument tout ce dont on a besoin)... Vous trouverez dans le village tous les commerçants dont vous avez besoin (boulangerie, pharmacie, surperette et super marché, boutiques, restaurants,....) Deux marchés, un grand le vendredi et un petit le dimanche... bref un lieu idéal avec, pour couronner le tout, un accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires. À refaire absolument !

La propriétaire a été très accueillante et très arrangeante, petites boissons fraîches dans le frigo à notre arrivée et lits faits. Je recommande cette accueillante maison conçue pour héberger une famille qui souhaite farniente et découverte du Périgord. Et nous ne sommes pas si loin des attractions du Périgord noir. N'hésitez pas à demander au propriétaire ses bonnes adresses pour les commerces du coin, grâce à cela nous avons pu profiter des produits locaux... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir Fabienne
