We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

This is it; the one; the vacation spot you have been hunting. When at the Beach you want to be on the sand. Sea Breeze is the only condominium in Biloxi that is!

Just completely updated, you can relax in the lovely interior or out on your great balcony with a gorgeous view. Just zone-out and forget all your cares! The balcony affords a view of one of the two pools and both Cat and Deer Islands, and a gorgeous view of the setting sun and romantic night lights.

The floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom overlook the beach and the gulf and you can go to sleep watching the moonbeams on the gulf waters.

The two baths each have a separate shower and the master bath has a jetted tub for even more relaxation. A large kitchen gives you ample room to cook that fresh gulf catch or the Thanksgiving turkey or the Christmas ham. A rich tradition for Christmas locally is a huge dish of freshly boiled shrimp--nothing is better!!!

Year-round events will keep you busy: the Christmas Festival of Lights-one of the largest in the South, the new Aquarium opening in 2019, several micro-breweries, world famous art and craft festivals, First Saturday street parties, Cruisin' the Coast week-long block party, multiple fireworks displays, the Christmas Boat Parade on the water in Biloxi and one on the Bayou in Gulfport, Movie Nights at the town greens, outdoor concerts, and the many special shows at all the casinos bringing in top entertainers and concerts, plus more!

Great Spot on the Beach

This location is awesome if you’re looking to spend some time on the beach. Conveniently located on the beach side of the highway, you can walk right out onto the beach and be by the water quickly. The condo is nice too with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and nice living room. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great vacation success. The condo was located right on the beach. There was a parking garage. My family felt safe. The condo itself was flawless with the exception of the jacuzzi tub not working. It was still nice to soak in it though. We bought everything we needed for a beach trip but the host was already prepared as well. The condo had tents, beach toys, dishes, linens ect. I would recommend if you are going to Biloxi, give this property a try. You will not be disappointed!!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect but loved it! Great location, wonderful neighbors, easy to book!! PRM was extremely nice & had everything ready for us! Only thing I wasn't sure with was there were dirty towels hanging from a cabinet in the kitchen & sheets in the washer that had been there for a couple days as you could tell it was washed but they were dry. I washed the towels but placed the sheets back in the designated hamper in the washroom.

For the price we paid, it was a lovely property but not great. Reported several issues to PRM (broken/missing blind panels in 2 rooms allowing light to filter in 24/7, loud HVAC especially outside 2nd bedroom, TV in master bedroom not functioning properly) and while they were sympathetic, these issues were not corrected because it was over the weekend outside of their normal business hours and not considered emergent. In defense of their policy, this was spelled out in their lease but again for the price, did not expect to have this many issues. However, PRM was very easy to work with and we would consider staying at one of their properties again in the future.

Beach Problems

So let me start by saying the condo is fine. No complaints. But the Gulf is very sick. Our trip was quite disappointing due to the toxic algae bloom that is affecting the coast. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else, but no one would offer us a refund, including PRM nor the travel insurance. Seems hazardous water doesn’t count. Ironically if we had gotten sick after swimming we could have been refunded. But not before. We spoke to the HOA of the building and attempted to contact the actual condo owner with no luck. Either PRM or the HOA never tried, or the owner never called us back. To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Barry set its sights on the coast during our stay. We tried to make the best of it, but the beach experience was horrible. Biloxi, you need to clean your beaches! The only beach I’ve seen worse than this was in Mexico. There was nobody on the beach...It was a ghost town due to the algae and forecasted tropical storm. But every day I filled a small bag with cans, bottles, fireworks remnants, and other various trash that was scattered about. Once the surf came up with the storm, the trash got much worse. And with that storm came the dead wildlife. Numerous fish, birds, and a sea turtle washed up dead on the beach. The gulf is really, really sick. I’ve never seen such dirty water and beaches. It’s truly sad. I know the area has taken a beating between Katrina, Deepwater Horizon, other storms and now inland flooding, but I’ve never seen it this bad. We saw trucks empty trash cans on the beach once during our stay, but no work to clean the beaches. We won’t travel back to Biloxi. I wanted it to be a great place. But we were so disappointed and disgusted.

The Garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway. The jacussi was out of order. Several light bulbs were burnt out, and the smoke detectors were beeping. Jeff and Jessie got that taken care of. DThe dinning chairs are a bit shaky. The living room couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen was almost fully equiped. Needed forks. We purchased a couple of wine glasses. We also purchased a couple of cushions for the outside chairs.The beds were comfortable and the tv was good. I think with a little TLC, this will be a very desirable place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and have reserved for next year.Enjoyed Woodies and Shaggys.
