Top 10th Floor! Panoramic Views! On Beach! Fitness Center! Cabana Optional!
Wake to 'Morning Glory' while sipping that first cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the glistening waters on the mighty Mississippi Gulf Coast! If preferred, stay cuddled, and enjoy the panoramic views from the king size bed in the spacious MBR. Both MBR & LR offer glass sliders for easy access to a private balcony.
The MBR features a wall of windows and glass slider opening onto private balcony for a panoramic view! Custom draperies with black out lining for sleeping in, (when sun is bright, close drapes to help keep inside temperature comfortable), cozy electric fireplace for winter months, and a ceiling/floor fan to help stay comfortable in the hot summer months. The adjoining bath has separate shower, jetted tub with travertine surround, and private water closet.
The 2nd BR is located on the other end of the condo. It is a smaller room, irregular in shape, referred to as a wedge. It has a comfy Day Bed w/trundle, and adjoining bath. (Close the door before pulling the trundle out, as floor space is very limited.)
Full kitchen w/granite counters, SS appliances, and ALL the needed essentials. Stackable-full capacity washer/dryer, (clean filter before and after drying), ceiling fans, (3) flat screen TV's, complimentary Wi-Fi, Guest BR has no Cable. Roku has been installed for use by those guests having their on account.
Dining accommodates 6, (4) chairs, (2) bar stools. Sleeping capacity of four (4), but better accommodates a party of two. King in MBR, Daybed in 2nd BR. When trundle is used, floor space is limited. Close door before sliding trundle out. Both bedrooms are totally private to other areas, and have adjoining baths.
The MBR features a wall of glass and a glass slider onto a private balcony. (Use CAUTION when going in and out, you must step over a metal shield!) The view will take your breath away - white sandy beach, miles of eastern shore line, glorious sunrise, blue skies, and the massive Gulf waters! Custom draperies with black out lining for sleeping in. Drapes should be OPEN and CLOSED using the wand behind drapes to prevent staining, and wear. Please “carefully” close the vertical blinds in MBR in full sun, as it gets very warm on this side of condo. View can still be enjoyed from the LR at these times.
Private, air conditioned, pool side Cabana (1 of 12) with wet bar, wicker seating & full bath available to our guest at a special rate - TBD at time of stay. The complex has two communal Gulf Side pools, one heated, (seasonally), fitness center with two saunas, and reception hall with full Gulf view, large flat screen TV and bar - perfect for gathering with other guests. Gated, secure, covered parking guaranteed for one vehicle, plus the possibility of another in the adjoining fenced lot; except during Vruisin the Coast. Limited open parking in front available on first come basis.
Location convenient to gaming, performing arts, bowling, eateries, museums, golf, shopping, coliseum, and much more. Sea Breeze is the only high rise condo on the sugar white sands of Biloxi beach, a city reflecting the true spirit of the South. It is by all means the "dream" getaway, romantic weekend, or home away. "Children will be children", the 10th floor is not recommended for the little ones.

Why they chose this property
After spending relaxing and enjoyable time with dear friends at their condo in Pass Christian (another favorite), we decided to venture out to the Mississippi Gulf Coast for our own little perch, right on the sugar white sands of Biloxi Beach.
Never did we dream of finding a 1267 sq.ft, 2BR/2B unit on the "Top 10th Floor", next to center, with awesome views of the Majestic Gulf waters, the eastern shoreline, the Glorious Sunrise, vast blue skies, and the sparkle of the night lights! It just doesn't get any better! A private, air conditioned, pool side cabana (one of twelve), with wicker seating, bar, & full bath was an extra perk. (Ask about special rates to our guest depending on time and length of stay. (Not included in quote.)
Upon seeing the spectacular sunrise and the glistening waters, we fell in love! Certain feelings, and memories of an occasional weekend, alone, and with close friends and family, were resurrected. And, now here we are with an opportunity to stay awhile, soak in the beauty that surrounds, and enjoy watching the children of our children leaving their footsteps in the sand ...
The Mississippi Gulf Coast beckons a visit year round for both the young and the young at heart! We particularly enjoy seeing Historic Beauvoir in the winter months, with it's grand oaks all lit up, and the 1889 mansion at it's holiday best.
And in October, Cruizin' the Coast with it's thousands of 'hot cars', and live entertainment through out the area takes you back to the best of times. We invite you to test the water, enjoy the night life, and create memorable moments of your own.

Location. Location, Location! The Sea Breeze is the only High-Rise actually on the sugar white sandy beach, close to everything fun. Just across the Boulevard you will find Treasure Bay Casino, Big Play for all ages, eateries, and down from us the Waffle House, BBQ, Shaggy's and more beach side eateries, other gaming, golf, + fine dining, and shopping within a five minute drive.
A summer home for previous owner, the condo is tastefully furnished, and we continue to add personal touches to compliment the decor. The 'Top Floor' views are to die for! The floor to ceiling windows in the MBR, together with the glass slider, comfortable King bed create a haven to simply relax, name the clouds, and count the stars.
For the winter months, we've added an electric fireplace & custom draperies with black out lining in the MBR for sleeping in. Top Floor (next to Center), Awesome Views of the Glorious Sunrise, eastern shoreline, Gulf waters, and sparkle of the night lights. Who could ask for anything more?
Don particularly likes the location of Sea Breeze because it's close to the casinos. I like it because it's close to shopping. Only an hours drive from New Orleans, and two and 1/2 hours from our home, which is in the midst of plantation country. If time allows, a visit to Historic Donaldsonville, one time capital of LA, and to the nearby plantation homes would be a great side trip! A tour of Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church is a must! If you venture out, stop in for a visit, we'll put the coffee on!
Sea Breeze has a family friendly atmosphere, and there is always something for both the young & young at heart on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where everything glitters, & beckons a return visit. We especially like "simply relaxing after doing absolutely nothing".
The shuttle stops every 15 - 20 minutes out front, for those who need a ride to the casinos, restaurants/shopping. Check schedule at 2nd floor office .
