Lovely house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house and beautifully kept community. The house was equipped with everything we wanted and the owners were most responsive to any inquiries. A pool right next to the house was bonus!

Relax in Palm Desert

We had a very relaxing time at Chaparral CC which is known to be one of the friendliest CC’s in the Desert and we can attest to that.Panoramic view of the golf course, and the pool was right outside the front door. We enjoyed our long walks every morning and were able to use the fitness center. The unit itself is an end unit which provides additional privacy. The description of the property was accurate and had been beautifully renovated with the modern amenities one would appreciate. The hosts were very responsive when needed. You can’t miss on this property

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert at the Chaparral Country Club for the month of December 2025. The townhouse backs up to the golf course and is right next to one of the many community pools and hot tubs. The surrounding mountains are visible from some of the windows. The master bedroom was large with a king bed, walk in closet and TV. The master bath area was spacious with a shower, tub and double sink vanity. There is a second master with its own attached bathroom with a king bed and a TV. There is also a third hallway bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and is just off the dining/living room area. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway leading to the garage. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There is a large dining table with six chairs. The living room area has a large couch. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick but there is also cable. The internet speed was great and the connection worked well for our purposes. There is garage parking for one vehicle. The owners allowed up to use their golf cart to get around. We were given access codes to access the townhouse and fitness facility. The country club has 16 very nice pickleball courts that we could use. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the view of the golf course from the back patio. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this place again.

Golfer’s Dream Vacation.

Easy as pie to rent. It was a pleasure to work with VRBO and the owners. A magnificent month in Palm Desert.

The house is big, which means it’s long and it takes a long time for the hot water to get to the kit

We really like the house, it’s right next to the pool and hot tub – great, we’re not golfers but the golf course is beautiful.
