Make the most of your California getaway by staying at your own resort-like property. Our nicely updated home offers a quiet, private, setting backing up to Desert Willow Golf Resort. Our home is approximately 2,500sf with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open-room office with sleeper sofa, large game room, well- equipt kitchen, and a family room with fireplace.

The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, stainless appliances, desk area and plenty of counter space. The master suite features a king-size bed, sitting retreat, flat screen TV, and a large bathroom with stone countertops, jacuzzi bathtub, shower stall, and walk in closet. The two secondary bedrooms are nicely furnished with queen beds and plenty of drawer and closet space. The game room features a free-standing bar, full-size pool table, foosball table, and old-fashion popcorn machine. The family room has a large entertainment unit with a 52" flat screen TV, DVD player, and tuner capable of streaming music from your smart devices to the surround-sound speakers.

While the inside of the house is a fun and comfortable place to hang out and relax, the backyard is what makes this property so special! There is a large pool; an elevated, stone-accented spa; a covered sitting area with a ceiling fan; a separate fire pit seating area; gas grill; large lounging space; and beautiful views of the San Joaquin mountains.

Our home is conveniently located near many wonderful Coachella Valley attractions. El Paseo (the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert), The McCallum Theatre, and The River Walk are all about a 15-minute drive away. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, where the BNP Paribas Open is held, is only 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are numerous golf courses, restaurants, and hiking trails nearby.
