Waterfront Condo in Sawgrass Landing.

A unique setting surrounded by palm trees and water with a boardwalk to your front door. This quiet location is canal front with views to the Salt River. The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo.

Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

This condo with beautiful views, features an open floor plan and a second floor master loft. The first floor offers a full kitchen with includes a microwave, and Keurig and drip coffee maker. Main living area includes a 50 inch wall mounted tv, a half bath, a stacked washer/dryer. A combined living and dinning area with abundant natural light opens up to your furnished deck overlooking the canal and boat docking area.

The second floor master loft provides a comfortable king size bed and a full bath with expansive views of this natural setting.

A public boat launch is located within a half mile of the condo. A full service marina is located a few hundred yards down the street. Use of the complex's pool and boat dock are also included. Maximum boat length for docking onsite is 24'. Maximum draft is 15”.

Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available.

Guests have exclusive access to the unit which is part of a two unit building within a small condominium complex.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed on the outside deck. Children and pets are not allowed

Please note that extra care is given in cleaning the unit after each stay. To ensure the cleanliness of the unit, the owners personally clean and disinfect the unit.

Wonderful anniversary trip!

We had the absolute best time from a recent anniversary trip. The condo was absolutely perfect! Great location, we could dock our boat right in front of our condo and take it out on the water. Memorable birthday celebration

We constantly raved about the cute decor. (Now I know what to do with all those cute hats I've collected over the years, lol.). Everthing was brand new, clean, with little touches of extra amenities to meet all our needs, and some. We were so comfortable and enjoyed both relaxing at the residence and all of the nearby activities to join nature at its finest around Crystal River.The residents and other guests we meet at the pool were so happy and friendly. Actually, everyone we met were so nice. I hope to be back soon.

Perfect little getaway

This place was perfect and just what my husband and I needed to make my Fall Break memorable. Very quiet area, we sat on the deck, watched the fish and small alligator while my husband enjoyed fishing. The pool was perfect and a place to lay and catch some rays, just what I needed. The neighbors were very welcoming and Natalie was so accommodating to help us get checked in a day earlier than the VRBO website would allow us to do. The place was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. We even added an extra night once we got there. There is a small beach down the road and the springs are beautiful and a must see. Most of the time we would go to the beach or want a beach condo but I have to say that this condo hit the needs of both my husband and myself, He fished and I enjoyed the pool and watching him in his adventures of trying to figure out what kind of fish he was catching, mostly catfish, which he released back. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway then this is truly the place for a couple.

Great place to escape

This was a great little place to stay. We only stayed 2 nights and arrived late the first night. It was very clean and well set up. Beautiful view of the canal. Pool was nice. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect little spot on crystal river

Really cute, clean condo that is stocked with everything you could need. Very convenient to public boat ramp and nice dock for our deck boat. Wonderful swimming pool. Everyone in the complex was super nice and we had the best weekend on the water! Will definitely be back! This place is all you need for an easy, relaxing getaway!

We love the outdoors and are passionate about enjoying and preserving the environment. It brings us great pleasure to share our condo in this truly unique Florida setting.

Please note that extra care is given in cleaning the unit after each stay. To ensure the cleanliness of the unit, I personally clean and disinfect the unit following the strict CDC guidelines. On the rare occasion that I cannot clean the unit, my cleaner follows the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the unit.
