Spacious ground-floor 5BR beach house in Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island. Recently renovated with new flooring, updated bathrooms, furnishings, paint, and linens. Just under two blocks from the Gulf’s white sandy beaches, located on a quiet no-thru street but close to shops, restaurants, and the island trolley.

The home offers two living areas and a large dining room. The front entry room has a sofa and a 50" Smart TV, while the main living room features a 65" Smart TV with Roku and OTA reception. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout.

The glass back wall opens to the screened lanai and spacious pool deck. Outside you will find a large heated pool, tiki hut, BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, garden lighting, irrigation system, and space for beach toys (not provided, but often left by previous guests). A beach cart is available for guest use.

Smart features include keyless entry, intelligent AC thermostats, and a pool controller. The HVAC system is equipped with germicidal UV lights to improve air quality and reduce biological contamination.

The driveway is under exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording. No cameras are installed inside the home or pool/spa area.

Guests should note this is a residential neighborhood. Please keep music and voices at a respectful level, especially around the pool, to preserve the peaceful environment for everyone.

Friendly local management is available to provide quick assistance if needed. Bicycles and golf carts can be rented on the island, and the free trolley runs every 15 minutes for easy transportation around Anna Maria Island.

Place was great for an extended family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and just as described. Short 6 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We saw manatee and a Loggerhead Sea Turtle hatchling. Walked down to see the beautiful gulf coast sunset at night. Pool was clean and refreshing for a dip after being at the beach or at night. Would definitely look to stay here for our next trip to AMI.

Amazing Vacation!

We had a great stay! There were 8 of us and the house can easily fit 10 with lots of room/privacy. The location is just a walk to several restaurants and the beach. We rented an 8 person golf cart and it was perfect for getting to shopping/dinner. The living space is nice and open and the pool area with the screened in porch is great for hanging out, having a drink and playing cards. We highly recommend and will definitely plan to stay again!

Loved AMI. The house was very nice and clean. Loved the pool, deck area, and screened in porch. Grill area was a nice plus. Short walk to the beach. AC worked well in the main living space but not in the bedrooms. Warm in those areas.

Great getaway

This house was amazing. It is on a quiet street but within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Had a golf cart to get around the island and it was so easy. We never left the island for food, etc. I highly recommend this property. The contact was very easy to deal with and answered all questions I had. No issues at all from booking to check out.

Fabulous Family Getaway

My favorite part of this property was the amount of bedrooms and baths. Each family in our group had their own full bath to bath children and enjoy some privacy. The pool was a favorite with the grandkids. So nice to come off the beach and swim until supper. The tiki bar was a great hangout for parents and kids alike. Grandpa was the perfect bartender. Will stay here again.

Perfect House For A Group!

We loved this house for our week in AMI! It's super comfortable for a group of 10 people; plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy. The screened in patio in the back (pool area) was perfect for dinner! The pool is warm, clean, & larger than it looks in the photos. We used the inflatables all week and appreciated having an umbrella to bring to the beach! The location was exactly what we wanted: super close walk to the beach, Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, Hurricane Hanks, Iso Bella, and surrounding strip malls. Highly reccomend!

Excellent location and wonderful layout

The house was perfect size for our group of 10. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms and seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, there were extra blankets in the closet and we didn't need for a thing. The only negative is the outside trash was completely full and smelled awful upon our arrival but was collected the next day so the situation resolved itself. Would definitely recommend this house for a bigger family gathering

Fabulous house for a larger group and perfect location to beach

The house was just as described and was just steps away from the beautiful waters. We loved everything about the house, the only downfall was the pool was never warm enough to really hang out in. I understand from what I read they can't heat above 80 but we hit some pretty cold days so that was disappointing.

Vacation Mode Activated

First thing we noticed was how clean the overall property was! The house was described as is. The walk to the beach was shorter than we expected. If you use Google Maps it looks like a further walk, but it's really not. The public beach path winds you out onto a beautiful view of the beach and it is NOT crowded! Perfect for our group. Rent a golf cart to ride around the island. There were really only a couple "issues" we had. The master bedroom off the living room does not have the best water pressure in the shower so if you have long thick hair...... good luck. The other issue is lack of parking just about anywhere you go on the island so when packing up to go to the beach you're carrying all your gear or you drive over near the path and drop stuff off and then go park and walk back. Overall, we would absolutely come back!

The house was perfect for our extended family. Two separate living areas were great if someone wanted to sit and read while others watched tv. The kitchen and dining areas are large also. The bedroom with the laundry was a little dark when you are trying to shower. When not at the beach we were in the pool. What I loved most about the pool it is one depth, perfect for kids and older folks like me! we will be back next year.
