Cute condo exactly as pictured and described

This beach condo was perfect for our weekend trip to celebrate the life of our sister in law at New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Though a quick visit, the condo had all the things we needed for our brief stay in a great location.

Weve never stayed in a condo on previous vacations, and we are now sold on the experience. Close to the beach, quiet, well maintained. It was a great time. A list of go to places was in the property, games to entertain if needed, just well thought out. Highly recommend.

Wonderfu Stay!

The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Peaceful in the ‘Sea Woods’

The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

Close to the beach

The condo was nice and clean! The walk to the beach was very short which was nice. It had plenty of beach chairs and other things that you might want for the beach. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the master suite was switched with the smaller bedroom which made it very cramped and the kids had the bigger bathroom and more space.

Lovely property in Sea Woods

We always look for properties in Sea Woods when we visit family in New Smyrna Beach. Sea Woods properties are beautifully landscaped primarily with Live Oak trees. The trees are elegant and provide shade and privacy. A wonderful neighborhood to walk. The beach access is walkable and the community has plenty of amenities. The condo itself was absolutely as described & very clean. The screened balcony has access from the living space and two of the three bedrooms. The check in process was easy and host was very responsive. Items to be aware of: You must climb a set of stairs to access the condo. The third bedroom must be accessed by the spiral staircase and only has a 1/2 bath (no shower or tub) You must go through a bedroom to access any bathroom.

Relaxing Stay

We love new Smyrna and this is a nice place to stay. Has everything you need for the beach toys, a few chairs and towels. Has good kitchen supplies like spices and pots and pans. Would stay again!

This place is perfect for a family beach trip. It’s clean and spacious! The amenities are awesome with multiple pools and tennis courts. 5min walk to the beach. I definitely give this place a 4 star review!

Fantastic spot!

We were worried as our stay was during hurricane season, but Karen was great to chat with and provided real-time updates as to the status of the unit. Close to restaurants, seconds from the beach, grocery, walking paths, etc. this place has it all!!!

Best friend birthday weekend

Great set up and very close access to beach. We weren't sure how things with going to be thanks though Helene but we survived. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for our group!
