Comfortably appointed home

Came here for Navy Boot Camp graduation. Made a comfortable, home to spend family time. It's a little out of the way from Great Lakes, but roads were good.

Great!

Christopher provides many comforts others do not. Things like coffee, snacks, a welcome bottle of wine etc. Very clean and updated. Cute little flat! Great communication from booking to check out.

Perfect for days at the beach!

Very clean house, ample backyard space, close to grocery stores, and 5-7 min from the beaches. Simmons beach was clean, not crowded, had easy parking, and the water remained shallow for a good distance. The space was a good size for 4 people, bedrooms were delightfully dark, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/etc. Freezer was excellent too — quickly froze our water to bring to the beach. My 7 and 12 yo are already asking when we will go back.

Navy Graduation

The home was absolutely perfect and cozy! Thank you Christopher for allowing our family to enjoy this home. After 8 weeks at boot camp, it was nice to have somewhere for my niece to sit, relax and watch tv! Ps, hope you caught the snowball fight in camera. LOL!

Beyond expectation and attentive host

I actually randomly selected property by literally putting my cursor down on a bubble on the home away website. I knew I wanted to go to WI and I knew I wanted to be near a lake. When I searched the review and looked at the photos and description, it looked perfect for me and my 19 year old daughter to take a week away from our own home in IL. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought that the little welcome message board and danish was a special touch that made me feel appreciated. We enjoyed the roku TV with myriad channels via spectrum. The kitchen ware, spices and high end stainless steel appliances made me reconsider my own amenities at my house, that I ordered similar stainless steel mixing bowls With rubber bottoms and stainless steel handle kitchen ware. I appreciate the recycle bin, and the abundance of bath towels; fully stocked shampoo, body wash and conditioner and hotel style bedding. All in all it was a great place to get away for a little while. Parking in the yard/driveway at the back was tight given my Murano but it made me feel safer than parking on the road. The lake is within 35 minutes walk or 6 minutes drive. Stayed one week in July, 2020. So pandemic time.

We enjoyed staying at Christopher's place in Kenosha. The house was great and kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Great suggestions for things to do in the area. We really enjoyed Simmons Island.

Thanksgiving with our Sailor!

My family of six needed a comfortable place to spend Thanksgiving with my son who's in A school at Great Lakes Naval training facility. This property was perfect for us. We had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy our time. The dining room table is quite large and was great for dinners, board games, and cards. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the appliances were all new and worked great. There's a tv in each bedroom, and a very large one in the living room that swivels so it can be viewed from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The beds in each room were quite comfortable, and all the towels and linens for the property were really nice quality. We really enjoyed our stay here and will use definitely try to book again if we plan a family visit. Thank you!

I have been married to my wife Alane for over 35 years. We have 3 boys. My two oldest sons married Brazilian girls, Gilly and Juliana.

Arthur and Juliana live in the Baltimore area with our new little granddaughter Victoria. She's so cute. Arthur is a computer programmer and Juliana is an employment specialist.

Alex and Giselle are in San Jose, CA. Giselle is the first doctor in the family and teaches at the University of San Jose. Alex is our sales manager at our company in Phoenix.

Our youngest Christopher (the Foof) is disabled and is the coolest kid. He's 29 years old. Our family travels to a great many places. Foof goes with us to the Grand Cayman's several times a year and other places like Aruba, Hawaii, Indy car races, concerts, and more. He loves to visit with his brothers and hang out.

I travel to China several times a year for business and pleasure. I feel with all the travelling we do, we know what travelers want and like. So we have gone the extra mile to make our properties fun and unique. We print custom artwork you see in our homes at my company in Phoenix. We have top notch beds, pillows, and bedding for "the ultimate sleep experience." Gym equipment, fun activities like Foosball tables, putting greens, and more.

We would like your experience to be memorable because, in the end, you only have your great memories of your adventures. We want to be part of that.
