Easy reservation process, no hassle check-in. Make yourself cozy and comfortable in our designer appointed retreat! All you need is your toothbrush! Fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee. Gorgeous, clean, 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of old town Steamboat Springs. Just across from Restaurants and the Yampa River. You will never need a car, just park and walk to all the amazing amenities located within 2 blocks of everything.

Walk anywhere or catch the FREE downtown/ski mountain bus less than 1 block away. Nestled across the street from the Yampa River you will enjoy throwing in a line to fish or a nice walk/run and bike ride on the trails just across the street. Free concerts at Howelson in the Summer, fireworks on the Fourth, baseball fields across the river, rodeos all Summer, chili cook-offs, Farmer's Markets....this town always has something going on.

The Winter will find you enjoying the new mountain and the millions of dollars that have been spent this year to make your trip memorable.

This location was excellent and beautiful inside. Jenni had the condo extremely well stocked. I was impressed with all of the kitchen ware, the numerous and varied games, as well as thoughtful touches in the bathrooms. It was also very quiet and peaceful. We did not have great skiing due to the warm weather, but enjoyed the town.

Great location and modern condo perfect for a weekend getaway. My only complaint is the noisy radiator pipes and the upstairs neighbors. Overall, everything was amazing and highly recommend.

Wonderful Place!

We have been to steamboat multiple times and just loved this property! The unit was very clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. Communication with the owner was easy. You can’t beat the location with it located right downtown by all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Plus it’s a quick drive to the mountain. Highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing time at the condo! The bus stop to the ski resort was a short walk. Restaurants, shops and the trail along the river were also within walking distance. We hardly needed our car.

Nice condo. Plenty of room. On the first floor so if you don’t like hearing noise above you possibly think about a 2nd floor unit. One of the bedrooms the cable box went out the last two nights and the TV wasn’t a smart TV so no TV in that room. No phone number given for communication with owner. All communication with owner had to be done through VRBO app which usually took a while for a response.

Nice downtown location with easy access to dining and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished. It can be noisy in the mornings if you like to sleep in. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.
