Fantastic condo! Central location, across street from Yampa river and bike paths Owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. Condo is equipped with everything one may need plus instruction notes to help. We spent most of our time on the balcony taking in beautiful sights and walked to restaurants and shops.

The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, all the doggie stuff was great though we didn't use much. loved watching the ski jumping from the porch. Everything was very convenient.

This property was perfect in every way: tasteful, thoughtful decor/features, truly nothing was lacking, including kitchen and bath supplies. Doggie blankets/beds were available. Superb location right off the river; lots of activity nearby but quiet at the location. Would NOT HESITATE to recommend a stay here.

The location cannot be beat, the bikes were a huge perk since its so close to the CORE trail, the place itself was clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of extras, and the view/sound of the river is so nice from one of the bedrooms. Walking distance to the bookstore/coffee place that we went to about 4 times! Host was super polite and communicative. If we ever come back to Steamboat- we will def stay here again!

This was an excellent stay. The property is warm, spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We visited in winter and found the location to be great for us. It’s downtown but the area is still very quiet and getting up to the mountain is a breeze. It also is an extremely well run property. Communication was easy and the instructions are thorough and clear. Kevin and Kelly have thought of everything to help make your visit great.
