Excellente situation géographique, appartement très agréable à vivre et le must : hôtes hyper sympa

Frederique et Pedro sont des personnes vraiment « friendly », très attentifs à ce que leurs hôtes passent un excellent séjour. C’est même incroyable de penser leur location pour des personnes qui viennent en avion et peuvent arriver tardivement, en offrant une collation, et diverses petites choses bien utiles et qu’il serait dommage d’acheter pour un court séjour. Par ailleurs, discuter du Portugal avec eux est un plaisir. Même si la situation est excellente pour nous, il faut savoir qu’il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture de location et que l’endroit ne dispose pas de commerces sur place (l’animation est sur Ericeira à 10mb de route). Mais le calme et la mer à 5mn à pied sont vraiment appréciables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Komfortabel, Vollausstattung und netter Service

Eine schöne Appartment-Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Neben Spül- und Waschmaschine sind Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Mikrowelle etc. etc. dabei. Besser geht Ausstattung nicht. Einführung und Hilfe bei Problemen durch Pedro waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen sehr schnell (per SMS jederzeit). Ein schöner Pool gehört zur Anlage, der sehr sauber war und den wir in der Woche allein nutzen konnten. Frühstück auf dem Balkon (Meerblick) war leider aufgrund des oft dunstigen und wolkigen Wetters kaum möglich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls okay, ohne Auto ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Die angegebenen 300 Meter zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, der Weg zurück mit "Badebeladung" ist aufgrund der Steigung schon ziemlich mühsam. Einzig uns negativ aufgefallener Aspekt (hängt aber nicht mit dem Appartment direkt zusammen): im Umfeld sind viele Hunde, die anscheinend unter der Woche allein gelassen werden. Diese liefern sich abends und nachts ein Bell- und Jaulkonzert, das uns manches Mal aus den Betten warf. Durch die Schneise zum Meer, in der das Appartment liegt, scheint sich hier die Lautstärke wie in einem Trichter zu vervielfachen. Trotzdem: ein tolles Appartment, das für vier Personen perfekt ist.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Liebe Fred, lieber Pedro, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in eurer tollen Wohnung. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Empfang und vor allem Pedros Hilfe und gute Tipps. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussicht vom Balkon reicht bis aufs Meer. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Orte in der Nähe, besonders Ericeira, sind sehr schön. Lissabon, Sintra und Mafra sind nicht weit weg und sind jederzeit einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Schöne Wohnung in einem kleinen Dorf

Tolle Wohnung mit allem Komfort für wunderschöne Ferientage. Die Lage ist nur 300m vom Strand entfernt. In der Wohnung wurde an alles gedacht (Mikrowelle, Spüllmaschine, Nespresso -Maschine, Tiefkühltruhe, Backofen ). Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz mit Blick auf das Meer.
