This newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment has plenty of space for 4 people to comfortably stay for business or pleasure. The open kitchen/living room floor plan, allows everyone to enjoy cooking, dining, relaxing, or socializing all in the same space while watching a 60-inch flat screen tv equipped with Roku. The large master bedroom with a king size bed will leave you unbelievably rested and ready to seize the day. The master bedroom has a desk, a private balcony and a 50-inch television with Roku. Take a relaxing bath or enjoy a spa/shower experience after a long day of sightseeing. The second living room is a great space to let the kids play their game consoles or watch a movie on another 50-inch television while sitting on a sofa that opens up to a large sofa bed. The second bedroom has a double bed on the bottom bunk, a single/twin mattress on the top bunk, plenty of drawer space and a desk/workspace. Enjoy a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset on the side balcony overlooking the wonderful Flisvos Beach. The back balcony has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim. The apartment is an ideal location for those who want to be close to the tourist attractions, but not inside the city center. The center of Athens is only a 10-minute drive, but the beach is directly across the street. Take a stroll through Flisvos Park, dine at Flisvos Marina, attend an event at the Tae Kwon Do Olympic Stadium, or visit the new Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Park, National Library & Opera House), which are all within walking distance. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and coffee shops just two minutes away. Posidonos Avenue is right in front of the building entrance, but the triple glass fifth floor apartment will guarantee you will never hear a sound. Every room has air conditioning units and radiators ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. The apartment has its own washing machine and electric dryer for those that would like to wash their laundry. This modern apartment was renovated with the higher American and European standards such as the state-of-the-art toilet with a bidet. We believe you will have everything you need for the perfect vacation or business trip. Please note: Check-in times are from 15:00-17:00, if requesting outside of these hours, notify the owners as soon as possible as we are not on site. €25 will be charged if requesting an arrival time past 21:00 not to exceed 23:00.

This Vrbo was very clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We were not able to get the stove to work and therefore left the eggs we bought. We felt lucky to have found this place to stay during our trip to Greece. Thank you.

What a fabulous place. Lots of room three high definition, TVs, modern amenities and probably the best location in Greece walking distance to markets and to the sea we had so much fun. This is an ideal place if you have children with you as well as there’s a bunk room. Will definitely rent again soon.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location was directly across the street from the ocean and a nice ocean view from the balcony. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

This apartment was perfect! It’s far enough from the center of town to remove you from the tourist traps, but with the metro (right outside) everything is easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Not to mention it’s right across the street from the beach. Alexandria was our contact person, and she was so sweet and accessible. It was amazing!

Amazing adventure in Athens

This property had a very nice view of the ocean, even though it was not considered an ocean view from the balcony off the living room had a great view of the ocean. Very close to Main Street of Alamo. The apartment was amazing very modern extremely clean. The owners were very helpful. They have an amazing lady that cleans the apartment and shows you around the apartment and tells you all about the neighborhood I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s over the years in Greece and in the United States and this has to be one of my favorite places.

This is the one!

If you're looking for an extremely accommodating host with a clean condominium having water views, restaurants within walking distance and an abundance of helpful tips. This is the place you're looking for. Located just 25 minutes from the city center via cab ride this condominium offers a seaside boardwalk for the perfect evening stroll, plenty of hot water for that morning shower and the ability to just unwind and relax. You won't regret making this your vacation choice from a destination standpoint

Christmas trip

We stayed for 2 weeks over winter break. Perfect location! Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Took a side trip to an island and bus to airport was just across the street. Host was very responsive and apartment was perfect. Able to do laundry and hence only brought a carry on each. Traveled with a 21 and 17 yo and we all felt we had ample space. Highly recommend

Fantastic location to explore Athens

Overall this is a fantastic place to stay, it is clean, spacious and has all that you need for a pleasant stay. It's ideally located for public transport, being a short walk from the overground tram lines that take you either across the coast or into the city. The neighbourhood feels very safe and there's lots of nice places to eat and shop locally. Flisvos Marina is a very short walk away and is also very nice. Pleasant beach just across the street. The main bed is huge and comfortable. Communication and check in/out was very straightforward and helpful. The only thing I might mark down slightly is that there is some road noise (we are not used to this, but over the week that we stayed it became less noticeable.) I would say expect a little noise but do not let this prevent you from staying in this apartment as it is a great place to stay.

Great Beach-Holiday Location in Athens

We very much enjoyed our summer holiday in Athens at this apartment. It was exactly as described, both in terms of amenities and location. The communication with the landlords was perfect, Tony and Stephanie were always reachable via the app, and had good tips available. They were very accommodating when our airline changed our flight to arrive in the middle of the night - which we highly appreciated. The apartment was clean, and we found all things necessary for a pleasant stay: sufficient space for four people of which two teenagers, air-conditioning in all rooms, nice balconies one with a view of the sea, plenty of bedsheets and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, sufficient crockery and kitchen appliances, etc. To reach the beach, we literally only had to cross the boulevard in front of the building. Bus and tram stops for the city center, the airport (express line) and Piraeus harbor were also just outside. Getting around Athens by taxi also proved to be affordable. The sea in front of the apartment was incredibly clean, we could see the bottom and small fish while swimming. The beach is mostly pebbles with patches of sand, the sea-bottom is rocky. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed staying at Tony and Stephanie's apartment - thank you!

Super Apartment mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Mit dem X96 Bus fährt man 1 Stunde direkt vom/zum Flughafen. Tram /Metro nach Athen Centrum braucht ca. 30 min. Kommunikation mit Tony und Stephanie war super. Alles sehr sauber , genug Handtücher vorhanden. Supermärkte waren in der Nähe (5 min.) Vielen Dank Tony&Stephanie, dass wir eure Wohnung nutzen durften!
