This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The unit has been fully remodeled November 2020. The beautifully decorated condo has crown molding and new furniture throughout. The windows have plantation blinds throughout. The master bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The dining and living rooms are combined to keep the wide open feeling of the unit which is equipped with a large 60" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The lovely master bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and grab bar while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower as well. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of cabinets and with a open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. The condo has new tile throughout . The screened in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico with accordion shades for privacy. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. This unit has a five night minimum stay required.

Siesta Vacation: June 2024

This was second time staying at this condo and it didn't disappoint! The place was immaculate. So close to the beach..great view! King size mattress in one room was extremely soft, other than that no complaints. Absolutely beautiful property....will stay again.

We will be back for sure! The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences do you need. It was very clean Period we loved the location. The proximity to the gulf side beach was great and when you wanted something more low-key, across the street was a very serene pool on the Bayside. We all hope to visit again.
